no customer service . i had a gift card offer from gm financial . actually 2 of them all had to do is go the dealer with letter whether i get approved or not still qualify for this . first time did not agree on terms but second time i did and have not received it. first time sales rep said will be mailed turned out to be a lie second time was told will have it when you pick up ur plates 6 months later still nothing . talked manager was told sales person will call you than sales person said will talk to manager and will call you no one calls. if they do this for a gift card imagine what they would do for something much bigger like service or warranty.

Had two major issues with my LaCrosse in the same month. Came to Victory both times and was very pleased with the service. Dealt with both Ryan and Richard and both were exceptional. They kept me up to date, were spot on with price estimates and my car was done both times when they said it would be. They even worked with GM warranty claims and were able to lower the price of repair. I am a service adviser elsewhere so I am fairly critical when it comes to a dealership service experience, but I can say with confidence I have nothing to criticize. Will definitely be back for all future maintenance and repair concerns.

I just bought a used car from here on the 24th of ...

I just bought a used car from here on the 24th of July. Getting the car was good, no problems really. But, when it came to getting a plate they told me their person had left for the day but they would ship it when the girl came in the next day or Monday and I would get it next week. I asked them when that would get to me because I would be moving 7 hours away from home August 2nd. They said that they figured I would just want the plate shipped to my house because we live an hour away from the dealership. I said well if you know it ll get to my current house before August 2nd that s no problem. If not I wouldn t mind coming back Monday or Tuesday to get it in person. They assured me it would come before August 2nd. Well I moved and have no plate. I got a message today on August 3rd that my plate was delivered... and it was mailed out August 31st. After I specifically told them I was moving and needed it as soon as possible and didn t even mind if that meant me coming to get it, but they assured me. I know this isn t the end of the world I have family there that will be able to ship it to me. But I am a bit frustrated with the fact that they waited so long to ship it after I explained my situation. If they had forgotten to send it, then I would have rather them called me on the 31st to pick it up rather then them ship it so late. They also charge you a fee to do these things, the plate and such, in house, so you don t have to go to the Secretary of State, which they do not tell you about the fee until you are looking at the break down of the cost and ask what that charge is for. I would have rather went to the sos.

First and last time here. Victory was the only Chevy dealership I've been to that was hesitant to match a full service oil change coupon from another Chevy dealership. The service clerk was patient but reluctant to match the coupon ... It was time consuming and frustrating to use the slow as can be wifi and show the coupon...every other dealer Ive been to between Ohio and Michigan were happy to look it up for me and price match... Also, I got home to find that my tires have not been rotated despite that being included in the coupon. I'm having a hard time believing they did a full inspection since I know for certain ( verified by other dealers) that I was needing brakes and routers very soon...Victory did not inform me of any thing wrong...just took my money and sent me on my way... Victory Chevrolet will no longer receive my business.

Garrett Murphy and the rest of the team are the BEST. We honestly wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase our vehicles or have them serviced. Everyone is very friendly, genuinely interested in you (not just your business), and they're fun. I have never felt pressured into buying or leasing a certain vehicle here. They are there to support you and and your vehicle needs. Especially Garrett.

I had a great experience buying my new Volt from Garret at Victory Chevrolet. The price they gave me was better than the (many) other dealers that I considered, the dealer exchange was prompt, and he was great about showing us the features of the Volt when we picked it up. Little touches, like the Christmas party that they put on for kids in the community, made it feel like a friendly place to go. When the time comes for our next car, Garret at Victory will be the first person we call.

Customer service before the sale was great. But ended up having issues with the paperwork with the finance company THEY provided for me. I called rhe dealership twice talking to the sales manager and finance manager and couldnt even get a call back from either one of them. I finally got so upset about THEIR lack of concern about the error, I called the finace company and took care of it myself. I later called and left the general manager a message telling him about how poor the customer service was with this situation. Well i guess since its been two days and still havent received a return call from anyone its pretty obvious they arent interested in customers for life. Do yourself a favor and find a dealership that actually cares and has concerns about their customers before and after the sale.

Unfortunately my Cavaliers days are over since she finally gave up on me. Over the last week I've been so stressed with the fact that I had to get a new car. Worrying about how I would be able to afford it and near tears with the fact that I would have to raise my insurance. But with the help of the A.J Garr and the Victory Chevrolet Buick crew, and State Farm we were able to do this! I got a used (Yet NEW to me) 2012 Chevy Cruze! It may not have been my first choice, but I am very pleased with it and our plans to help me build me credit score (which was not existing) to a higher number so that I can get into a new car one day!

I have lived in Milan my whole life and like to support the town I live in. But OMG they have had my vehicle for 2 weeks in the service department for an airconditioning fix. Yes, really.....2 weeks. I called today and was told by the service manager that they are still waiting on parts. Are you kidding me, parts could have been shipped from the other side of the world in 2 weeks. We had good luck with Randy Wise and the dealership before them, but I don't think I will be returning to Victory EVER again for service. If this is how they service your vehicle after you make a purchase I don't think we will EVER purchase from them again either.

My experience with this place has been nothing but...

My experience with this place has been nothing but bad. In September of 2018 I purchased a new Buick from this dealership and I regret deciding to buy the car there it to this day.

I feel like I wasted my time as soon as I walked in and knowing what I know now, I should have left before I went any further.

They prepared none of my paperwork prior to entering the dealership despite having over a dozen conversations with the sales team and filling out an online credit application.

When I walked in to inquire about the vehicle, the internet sales person handed me off to a sales person. He was nice enough but was super unorganized about preparing my paperwork and getting me the information to insure the vehicle despite me sending him everything he needed in PDF form in a single email.

When I drove the car it was dirty and about to rain. As I was working on the papers it started to pour. Instead of taking the car inside and cleaning it, they put it back outside and let it get wet. Upon taking it literally straight home and garaging it overnight, I was shocked the next morning to see scratches on the driver door, front driver side fender, hood and trunk lid as well as on the fuel door and convertible top cover. This car is dark blue and they were clearly visible.

The dealership clearly either didn't look at the car before they sold it or didn't care it was totally scratched up. I ended taking it to a bodyshop and paying to have the scratches removed. All but one came out totally, the last one was small, there goes $100 after I spent $40,000 on a new car.

Now that I've had the car for a while, I don't have any of the paperwork proving coverage for the GAP insurance, extended service contract or prepaid maintenance plan I purchased with the car. I called to speak to the finance department twice and never got ahold of anyone. I sent an email to DJ on 6/17 and 7/09 of 2019 asking him to help me get my paperwork with no response either time.

I now decide to try at this on my own and contact AMT, the company that their website says is the company they use for service contracts and GAP insurance, etc. After three calls to them, I finally get told they don't have any record of me having any of those coverages. After reading my purchase contract, which did not have any contact info for or the full name of the provider of the policies I purchased, I was able to google and find the service contract provider who provided me with copies of my papers.

My time is valuable, and I feel like they wasted it before, during and after the sale by not being organized, not taking me seriously and not providing basic customer service principles like follow up on contacts and providing your customer with contracts.

I've purchased many new vehicles in my time and I've never had an experience like this before, except at another Victory dealership, which leads me to believe this "give me your money and then get out" attitude is pervasive in Victory operated dealerships.

I won't be visiting another Victory owned dealership.

Sean Johnson, Is the guy is the man. Above and beyond? No he did more. I did my own research on a fairly new used car. Got approval from my bank and I drove from an hour away to test drive the car. There was a full fuel tank, Car was running warm and ready for me to drive. This guy communicated my offer to the manager multiple times as we went back and fourth on the price, He told me don't worry just tell me what you want and ill work on making it happen. He literally went above and beyond any car dealer salesmen would go. I brought my down we signed the papers shook hands made a deal within 2 hours. Best experience I've ever had and I will definitely come back to get my next car. Sean you're the man!

Got me into a vehicle and told me they could move me into a newer model in 6 months to a year. Well it has been a year and they have informed me my vehicle is worth less than half what they charged me. Meaning that I would have to pay off the difference while making a payment for a new vehicle. Not to mention the part they thought was broken and ordered for me under their extended warranty never arrived. I took the vehicle somewhere else where the problem was not what they tried to say. I can't wait to sell this car and be away from this shady business.

It's hard to find REAL sales people that care about their customers even when they aren't going to make a deal that day. Maryann Bringhurst: When I sat down with Maryann, she immediately struck me with her professionalism and gentle manner. She is very tech savvy from just my observation and so I as well and chatted about that a good deal. As I was looking for price point rather than a specific vehicle, she was all over the computer explaining which cars had rebates. After the initial paperwork, she pulled out color swatches and asked which I preferred. I am going to be 65 in July so it had to be red since it s a color I ve always wanted but never owned. To make a long story short, I am now driving a loaded 2015 Red Hot Chevy Cruze. Maryann exceeded my expectations in every way. I cannot compliment her enough on her professionalism, her knowledge of your vehicles, and her gentle way in which she works with a customer and certainly exceed my expectations. The Team at Victory made the buying process of my new Silverado a breeze. Besides the Chevrolet product line being AMAZING, the guys at Victory were low pressure, worked hard to find me the pickup with the specs I needed along with the creature comforts I prefer. Managers procured the best rate possible for me, and getting through finance was timely and easy. Would not hesitate to do business there again on future vehicle needs.

I've been coming here for over 4 years. I get oil changes a lot due to driving many miles. My truck is amazing and I love it! I purchased it from here when it was Randy Wise. Today...I sat outside the garage for over 5 minutes while people were walking by. I was finally let in and stood there for a few minutes before they acknowledged me. I was only acknowledged because another person walked in and we both were asked who was there first...then he goes to get my mileage and verify my VIN. It was when he was to give me my paperwork to sign that I got his name...because I asked for it. I miss Sean and the other guys. They were kind, polite, attentive and professional. They were down to Earth and talked with you like a person not just a customer. I'm giving 2 stars because we all can grow, adapt, evolve...I'll see what happens after I get my truck back if it stays the same, goes up or is lowered
- work on your people skills those relationships are important anywhere
The end was much better! Truck was returned in good health with a wash. I did remind Ryan, as I shook his hand, to introduce himself to others
