Greico Hyundai started working my car so quickly that I opted to stay in their beautiful waiting room instead of taking their shuttle home. By the time I had posted on Instagram, done 4 kid puzzles and colored a picture of a cat at the kid table, my car had three fixed recalls. They even washed it for me.
Second time I've purchased a vehicle at Hurd Auto Mall in Johnston, RI and I couldn't be more pleased or impressed. No haggling, up front pricing, you tell them what you're looking for and what you can afford and they tell you what they can put you in used/new and what your payment will be including EVERYTHING!! No surprises when it comes to signing. I will be back for another vehicle in the future!! Thank you Hurd!!
As usual the customer service at Hurd was excellent. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change after work and waited for the service to be done and it was done efficiently and in a timely manner. Hurd is the best!
My salesperson Dennis Anderson is a GREAT person. He takes care of my wife and I all the time. Just a great experience, all of our questions were answered. James in finance and Deb with the insurance were great also. Just great people.
I went to Hurd Auto Mall at the end of February I purchase a 2020 Chevy Van with 8 miles on the it the van was never registered ,Would you think you were buying a new truck ? I did , after sitting at the dealership for 8 hours , ready to sign the paperwork I find out that the truck is being sold as used , the sales person said he would take the truck and gas it up & find the extra set of keys ( every vehicle comes with two keys) The car lot contacts me a week later saying the truck has one key and if you want another key an remote you have to pay for it ! , also I had firmly ask to only run my credit with GMC , the salesperson seemed to understand what I said but it seemed they had disregarded our wishes and ran my credit multiple times , The finance manager justified by saying we only ran your credit with Hurd but when I checked my credit report the next day it had 5 inquiries from varies banks that I did not give my consent , I will never do business again with that company ( I posted this for my partner ) very unhappy
The service man we had was excellent but there was no backup for him....our auto was done for at least 45 mins and just sat there. We had to go to service and ask to check out. He had no support and it seemed like he was working alone. We were told the service would take about an hour. It took about 2 1/2 hours.
I purchased a used suv from Hurd Auto mall in September of 2020. I was told it had over $2000. Work done to it. Yet no one will provide me with what was done. I was told if anything was wrong i was to bring it back for repair. They had the vehicle in the shop for a week before i took it home, to fix a few things that i was made aware of. . Day 1 No air conditioning. The ad stated it had a/c. The salesman told me and i quote "IT HAS ICE COLD A/C." Along with a lot of other features he presented. Day 2, I also had 3 tires going flat. I brought the vehicle in for repair. They had my vehicle another 3 days then told me that they sealed the tires and the A/C unit was going to cost me $1907. And that they would NOT fix it as part of the purchase because it was not part of the 30 day warranty. I purchased this vehicle with the understanding everything worked. In the past 6 months, no one has returned my calls. When i do speak to someone they tell me i have to speak to someone else and back and forth. I have left several messages. I feel that i was deceived. I should NOT have to spend $1907. more on a vehicle that i just purchased. They were not forth coming with the information. That Hurd Auto mall does not stand by their vehicles. And i was straight out lied to ." Ice cold air conditioning". i am not happy at all with their way of business.
Was very pleased and excited with my experience at Hurd Auto Mall. Alex McGee, a sales guide, was incredibly helpful, informative, and friendly. He assisted me in selecting two cars to test drive, providing support and guidance throughout the decision-making process. Paul Plage, the business manager, helped me to properly finance the car and finalize the details. He was extremely thorough and took the time to explain all options and avenues for payment and maintenance plans. Highly recommend! Great selection & very genuine people! Could not be happier.
