Annnnnd the best customer service award goes tooooo... Greg Collins!! Honestly the best costumer service ever! I am definitely thrilled that I am driving the car that I wanted sooo bad! It took a bit for us to get there, the bank was being a bit of a pain, but Greg and J.R made it happen!! Though I was stressed to the max with everything going on, Greg kept me sane and continued doing everything he could get me in the vechicle I wanted! Makes my winter so much more bearable! I highly recommend everyone to deal with Greg! :)

Poor Greg having to deal with me as a client. :). He should have fired me a long time ago. He s been great to my husband and I, so much so I think we ve bought 4 Jeep s from him. We always feels he gives us the best possible deal and works hard to keep our business. We love it at Dartmouth dodge. Drive up oil change is a bonus.

I had some issues with my car's radiator so I took it to Dartmouth Chrysler Dodge to see what the problem was, there was only two people there, that's because it was the end of the day and everyone had gone home and they were on their way out as well. The two gentleman stayed back to help figure out what was wrong. Took the time and went above and beyond to take care of me and make sure that myself and my car would get home safely!!! Now that's what I call great customer service thanks guys!!!

Purchased a 2018 keep Compass Limited Edition from them. Very friendly and great customer service! Also got some great deals and updates because we purchased at the end of the month. Our sakes Rep was Lloyd Negus and I'd definitely recommend him!

First time using the express oil change service today; Cannot complain. Friendly, quick and helpful. As for the dealership, nice selection of vehicles but we all have our personal opinion on cut throat salesmen, or maybe we all share the same opinion.......

Bought a Jeep before the shut down. had issues with it, I brought it to them, they said there's nothing wrong, i wasn't able to tag along because of the Covid,
terrible service they contacted me after my warranty expired .I paid out of pocket to fix the problem do not plan on going back

Was called by this business offering me a deal on an upgraded vehicle if I was interested in trading my vehicle due to low mileage. Traveled to this location but they were unwilling to provide a suitable deal. It was a disappointing experience and a bit of wasted time.

When I first bought my jeep cherokee I brought it in to their body shop for warranty work, was asked by their body shop foreman "Why are you bringing me your problems" after he had found out I bought the vehicle elsewhere. Had my brakes done here and they were extremely noisy and squeaky brought them back to have it fixed and the problem persisted. I recently has my spark plugs changed and had the shop perform an oil change while they had the vehicle. When I went to change my own oil last week the drain plug had been so over tightened that I could not get it to move regardless of what I tried it would not come off, when I called their service department to complain they would not return my call.

Bought my car off the lot here about 4.5 years ago. Went in to get a quote for a new vehicle and trade in value for my current one. Awaiting to hear back from one of the car dealers after an hour meeting today. The car we were interested wouldn't start but the salesman was very friendly.

This was my second time here and I left a very happy lady! Mike and Dan are amazing and got me the Jeep of my dreams! They are both quick to response via text and are very friendly and helpful in person. I even got home and found something wrong with the Jeep and within minutes Mike had a solution and it was fixed! You guys have a new life long customer for sure!!
