Hunt Mortgage made my first time home buying experience quick, easy to understand, personable yet professional and fun! Because I m a U.S. Army veteran, my loan officer found extra monetary credits to take off my loan. This ended up with me getting a check for 200 dollars at closing instead of me bringing any money to close! When does that happen! Sam did a great job of communicating throughout the process; not too much or too little. He made sure we had the needed information in a timely manner, and helped the process run smoothly. He was always available when I needed to speak with him.
Very transparent, good response time. I have dealt with other lenders and have not had the greatest of experience. John told me the closing upfront which actually ended up being LOWER then he quoted me. All other lenders quotes and estimates have always cost me more money upon closing. He is the first name I think of when I hear someone mentioning buying a home.
Diane's communication was great and she was extremely helpful through the entire process. Being from out of state, the homebuying process in NY was much different for me so having someone as knowledgeable as Diane to rely on was a lifesaver!
