This management company is a joke. They are there just there to capitalize at the cost of the tenants of their properties. If you can avoid Hunt Management I strongly advise too. They had taken over management and then towed my vehicle with no warning. And then lied and claim it was flagged when I know for 100% it was not flagged. This management is a scam. Save yourself the hassle and headaches and do not rent/purchase property managed by this fraudulent company.

Their management team assigned to LANDMARK ON THE LAKE (Tiffany Engler and Stefanie Lamparter) are the best. Two very knowledgeable women; highly organized; detail-oriented; A+ service. Two absolute professionals! BRAVO!

They are one of the worst mamagement companies. Any chance to take extra money from their condo owners they will. Charge fees even during a global pandemic for any minor thing. Just horrible. Avoid at all costs. The have absolutely no sould. They dont do their research to provide condo owners insurance that is affordable. I am just so disgusted.

The management team at Landmark on the Lake is amazing! They are a professional, hard-working team who work tirelessly at countless projects to make living at the Landmark our dream come true! We purchased our 2.5 years ago, and I truly can t imagine anyone here giving less that 5 stars! I don t know how they do it...but I am grateful every day for our staff!

Charge huge HOA fees and outright ignore every request or complaint. Look elsewhere

Hunt management has brought a high level of professional oversight to our previously self managed condominium association. Their professional caring oversight and communication with the board and owners has created an atmosphere of consistency that was needed! Their willingness to work as a partner in growing with the relationship with the Board of Directors has been an exceptionally well received experience by the leadership of our condominium association and many owners. Our property manager Kristine has been a real Asset to our association leader ship. Thank you Kristine and the entire staff at Hunt!

I never write reviews, but honestly dealing with this management company was the worst experience of my life. They raise their fees every year and do absolutely nothing for the home owners and their rules are outrageous. I lived near people who were apart of the board of the association and all they did was monitor everything. My first home owning experience turned into a nightmare because of hunt management. Conversations with them get you absolutely no where. They are a joke to say the least.

As a Landmark on the Lake Owner, I am very impressed with the management team there - Tiffany and Stephanie. They communicate well, positive intentions, they want win-win outcomes when resolving issues, very professional, and they put the hours in. I have owned for 5 years and they have improved the management, project transparency/updates, and keeping maintenance projects moving in the time they have been at Landmark. It's been enjoyable to work with them as well, even when it was not a good situation. I felt listened too and they exhausted all options when necessary. I have been very happy with their leadership and appreciate them every day whether they know it or not. Keep up the stellar work ladies!

As absentee owners (we live in Michigan and own a condo at Landmark on the Lake in Milwaukee) we couldn't be more impressed with the service and attention that Tiffany and Stephanie give to us. Tiffany runs an amazing operation and Stephanie helped us find excellent tenants for our unit. My husband and I feel extremely fortunate to have purchased our future home in a building that is managed by Hunt Management.
