Very inclusive and staff are very friendly. I have a 2 year old and a disabled child and they are more than happy to accomodate. Didn't realise they have a quiet room upstairs where you can take your kids and watch the show on a big TV. More

Went to see Tom Allen loved it ! The theatre is small but perfectly formed !

An excellent modern theatre complex (2 auditoriums) showing a wide variety of shows at reasonable prices.

Chilled out, friendly space to grab a (not particularly cheap) drink or food, whether you're seeing a show or not. The sweets counter is brilliant. Great idea.

I love a good Hull Truck show, especially their comedies, but recently I've been to see a lot of incoming productions too. Aerial theatre by Ockham's Razor in the Main House is always a winner, and the one-man show Royal Flush in the Studio was a great laugh and quite an eye-opener. Now that Hull is set to be City of Culture in 2017, I'm confident that Hull Truck will become an even more bustling centre of activity for all forms of events. Plus they serve great grub and a fine Wold Top Brewery pint!

Theatre for this generation. Brilliant! Much more down to earth, friendly, helpful and accomodating! Burger bar (proper) with veer and burger on offer at a very fair price.

Friendly happy staff. Great show. Intimate theatre where any seat is a good seat. Proximity to the stage means you feel the drama more intensely.

Was a bit bothered that I couldn't see past a great big head in front of me, but then remembered that was my 2 year old son who was sat on me knee.

Once I got past that I very much enjoyed the whole experience. I saw The Snow Dragon. Which was about a Dragon. Made of Snow. Not much death or nudity in it, and it didn't massively challenge my perception of the universe, but I am about 28 years above the target audience.

The 2 year old on my knee enjoyed it, though. And he wants to give the place 5 stars. So if he was happy, 5 stars it is.

Great show great cast Hull Truck Staff friendly and helpful nice seats not to squashed.

What a fabulous show, loads of songs and action, the grandchildren age 4 and 6 enjoyed every minute especially Tinkerbell and the crocodile. Thank you for a brilliant night.

Two. What an amazing production from talented actors. Different set up, in the round. Hull Truck is a great place to visit!

Visited today 4th January to see Oliver Twist (with a twist).The acting and actors were excellent.We were a party of 7 , some found it good, others were unsure,ie Fagin was a black woman, the artful dodger was a young woman. I am not prejudiced in ANY way ,it was good in my mind, but there were a lot of young children in the audience and the dialogue was very hard for them to understand.ie a mother next to me was having to explain what was happening.It isn't really for young children, I found the dialogue at times VERY loud and difficult to understand because of the volume.Having said the above I did enjoy the production.

Great sized venue, intimate and comfortable. Every seat gets a great view. Staff are friendly and facilities are clean. Creates a great atmosphere, in the round is always special.

Nice theatre. Not too big and all seats have a good view.

Hull Truck Theatre is a wonderful theatre I have never been disappointed , been to see the Hired man Brilliant Cast wonderful acting I was brought to tears so Brlliant..... I could watch it all again.

Saw the Billy Joel performance. Absolutely brilliant

Me and my partner went tonight to see Oliver Twist and I loved every bit of it, it was absolutely fantastic the cast where amazing well worth it.

Update: As of 15.06.19 we went to go see The Hired Man and OMG it was brilliant I really really did enjoy it, if you get the chance I recommend it

Excellent modern theatre. Bar facilities are ok. Toilet facilities are not very well signposted. We ended up using the facilities marked for the disabled

My first time really enjoyed the band the venue was ideal not to big would go again

A great local theatre. A producing house as well as receiving touring work. Also venue for a varied programme of theatre, music, dance and comedy performances.

Hull Truck is an amazing Theatre, very local mostly and also hosts National productions as well,I only went to collect tickets on this occasion but have loved it every time I've ever been, highly recommend that people go there wether your local or visiting our beautiful City

Great little place for random shows that you wouldn't tend to see at bigger theatres. Lovely staff, always friendly and helpful every time we've been here.

Went to see *Goodbye my Lovely and thoroughly enjoyed the performance by all of the cast members. It's renewed my love of going to the theatre again.

Great theatre, taking the best from the old Hull Truck, and transferring it to the current site.

Watched Peter Pan. Really enjoyed it, clearly a very talented cast.

Fantastic place I've been many of times. They have the main stage area and they have a stage area next store a bit smaller but still good. In the interval or before you go see the play they have a bar. I've seen some smashing plays they.

Theatre seating is well laid out providing excellent and relaxed viewing. Theatre staff are attentive and pleasant. However, the food at the cafe bar was distinctly average in quality, very short in quantity and therefore something of a rip-off.

Went to see Ugly Duckling Christmas Eve. Our daughter loved it. Amazing show and welcoming on arrival. Thank you.

Fabulous venue and so close to the stage regardless where you sit you feel part of the act.
