I called about Leasing a Building for a New Business Guy Told me we wouldnt Have Enough Money After Remodeling to Afford the Building And He Didnt know us from a Can of Paint So I Imformed him we Had Money then he Mentioned Credit I said My Partner Has 800 Score ! But We Wont Conduct Business with ppl who Stero type ! Future Clients
this company gives ZERO F's i've visited there wilson mall years ago and its ruined covered in black mold and no concern to the health of others everyone in the mall discord agrees this mall needs to be torn down
About the worst mall ownership ever. They purchased several malls and started to bully tenants who've had a long standing history. The Macon Mall was on the decline and they made it worse. It is nearly empty now. They've purchased community malls and ran out small local businesses and instead of replacing them with national chains, they've boarded up the space and covered it up with some historic pictures of the area. Basically, they're turning malls into historic museums. The company would be an unwelcome addition to any community.

This company stopped the Salvation Army from accepting donations for Christmas at our mall in Shelby, NC. They also refused to allow the Salvation Army to place an Angel Tree in the mall common area. If it were not for the Belks store in the mall asking the Salvation Army to bring the Angel Tree into their store, there would be no Christmas for many children and senior adults. A mall should be part of any community that it is located in or near. How else do you connect to your customer base? It looks like this company has no desire to connect to customers, so why should people come to their mall. Where is the sense in all of this? Greed is their only purpose and their only concern.
I've done asphalt work for them in Victoria mall in Texas. There great people to work with.
If I could give ZERO stars I would for a manipulative and scum business. Buying malls and then purposely letting them rot after they run them into the ground.. disgusting. All for tax deduction purposes. Columbia, TN mall USED to be a family fun oriented mall with all kinds of stores and food.. now there s 4 small stores left and you have to walk through the dimly-lit mall with a leaking roof to get to any of them. Unsafe, unsanitary, and all owned by a disgusting business full of deception and lies.
They banned the Salvation Army Bell Ringers from our mall!!! It's not the Grinch that Stole Christmas this year. How dare you! I will make sure I shop at NONE of your properties ever again.
I'm horrified to see all these awful reviews of a property company. This company has done so well in clearing out thriving malls in small struggling communities. They have done a fantastic job in throwing out job creating retail businesses and replacing them with stolen historic pictures of community landmarks. They took out the clutter like benches and carousels as if we really want grandpa to plant is fat behind on a bench while we shop. Grandpa can just sit on the floor like he did during the great depression. And why have anything fun for kids? We'd much rather hear them scream and whine about how pathetic their life is when they don't get their ways.
Putting Carpet, thousands of chandeliers, historic photos on closed storefronts, do not save a a mall. Under this ownership Macon Mall has fell into a ghost town. They ran out all the kiosk tenants and demolished a whole wing of a mall. They also let a Steak n Shake fall into disrepair which they demolished to cover it up. Bad owners of any mall.
