Disappointed and overpriced but service was excellent.

Really good sushi (we only ate that), excellent service and friendly staff!

I ordered yesterday 72 euros of sushi to be delivered, I did many times in the past with never a single issue however yesterday the salmon only was off, making a dreadful smell and contaminating all the rest of the sushi being in the same box and dealing with raw fish I throw it all away.
I called them straightaway and a lady on the phone told me plenty of apologies without checking my order or asking if i was going to take anything else instead.
I made the order through Malta Menu and I spoke with them today which HUGO's staff told them that I refused the exchange of the order and still they would offer me 20% discount on next order.
So just to be clear, my employer credit monthly my balance on my account for food allowances, so it didn't cost me nothing at all, I work for a renominated gaming company on a Senior level and stand on Hugo's staff, I lied on this.
Why I would do so if I even didn't pay for it?

I will make sure to share this my experience among gaming companies and social

Nice and tidy lounge bar, good coctails.
The only disturbing thing is noise, music too loud.

Relaxed lounge music till around 22:00hrs, then DJ plays deep house music so can get a loud after 22:00hrs.

Food is amazing, huge variety of drinks and excellent service. In the heart of the hustle and bustle of paceville so be ready for lots of people throughout the weekend. Would recommend this to couples / friends looking for a wide variety of food and drinks.

Such a fantastic place to have some asian food and at the same time enjoy a good and LOUD music, I said LOUD music. If you don't like to eat hearing good music.. Skip it.

Haven't tried the food, but drinks are good, fair price - couple of the staff could have been a bit more polite but otherwise all good.

Beautiful restaurant, it is located practically in the center where all San Julian nightlife is concentrated, high quality sushi, courteous and kind staff.
Absolutely recommended for those who love Japanese food.

Friendly stuff, good south African wine, testy rolls kali fornication and Tom yang soup was delicious.

Not a good restaurant. Were in the evening, ordered sushi. Absolutely tasteless, portions are small. So even then nauseated. Not worth the money. Anyway, it is dangerous, as practice has shown.

Went in when it was happy hour, so the drinks were BOGO, which was nice. The sushi wasn't very impressive and the staff was not very friendly and not attentive.

Good drinks did not try the food. Only place in the area you can hear the person next to you.

Very tasty dinner for only 8 euro, but sometimes you should wait for so long...

After a felt eternity, our order was finally taken although the above mentioned restaurant was quite empty and the waiters were talking to each other.

Get upstairs to shadow (the middle of the complex) where it's a bit more chilled & easier to get a drink.

I loved the Indonesian Prawn Curry.. Place is in the heart of Paceville, so not quaint but we enjoyed it thoroughly..

Lovely sushi in a lively part of Malta, at night the town is buzzing during the day you can sit back relax enjoy a drink with nice food. Fairly price as well.

The worst Club In Malta... the security all thugs and very rude!!! So if you want a good night in Malta.... Don t come to this club! Avoid at all cost.

Were here at lunch time ... Svat zakazamy waited for 40 minutes for sure, if not more. And only when I began to take an interest, I was told that there were some technical problems in the kitchen. Actually for this assessment. Of course the service in Malta can not be called nimble, but this is straightforward. If you have any problems, you tell me, what would the client not think about that about him all zabli .. Menu way, I also had to ask and wait. On the food: delicious. Very delicious. You have to try the red thai curry with fried rice

Mouth watering dishes from sushi to sizzling duck, Indonesian prawn curry and Jiang Bao beef. Accompanying such godly food, are great cocktails and serving staff, always so kind and attentive to their guests. Will have to visit again and explore the wide choice of Asian cuisine available through the menu.

Nice selection of Asian food - Japanese, Indian, Thai, Chinese. Fair prices. Make sure to book in advance on a Friday or Saturday.

It's really a nice place to go. If u r a dj, bring ur music and make everyone happy. Sometimes they have happy hour without publicity.

The food is of an excellent quality at the hugo's lounge however the lack of sympathy of the staff leaves me perplexed thus rendering the report quality price less good
