From the timely estimate that was easy to understand, throughout the entire process.
A special Kudos to Alana, who helped me through some challenges due to my Mom s new place not having construction completed as stated.
She told me not to worry, set up local storage and even called me back late at night on her time off when she heard my frantic message- Thank you!

Hughes was awesome. The crew had us moved out of our old place and on to the new in less than a day (family of 4). The team never stopped working. They took great care with our stuff and we're just an all around pleasure to work with. They even came in under their initial estimate...no surprise costs! I'll definitely use them again and highly recommend!

They required a direct withdraw from my bank account for monthly storage fees. More than once they overcharged my account and I had to request they refund my account. Also, I originally was told that the cost of the move was binding - it would not change. However, when the out of state move actually happened, they claimed that due to COVID, the cost increased - so much for a binding agreement. After the move, I discovered broken items upon unpacking and some damaged furniture. I submitted a claim and after a month from the claim date still have not received any response as to its status in their system.

Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. I shopped around and not only was the cost competitive, I had the best customer experience with them during my consult that they were the clear winners.

My rep was helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The movers were on time and did a great job.

Hughes Relocation helped us move about 60 miles. We also needed them to store our furniture for a little over two weeks until our new house was ready. Since this move was paid out of pocket, the agent was great about suggesting ways we could save money by doing things like packing ourselves. The moving crew was great! They showed up on time, were very courteous and took care with all of our stuff including a big woodworking shop. I highly recommend them.

I just used Hughes for our move to Philly. It was so smooth because their team (headed up by Gary) did an incredible job. They were thorough, careful and made the day so easy for us. I did require 6 people, even though we only have a 1 bedroom - because I don't believe it is appropriate to have a small number of people doing so much lifting in a day. So I paid for the extra hands and was happy to do that...I highly recommend them!!

Very happy with our move with Hughes Relocation Services! Easy to do a virtual assessment and set up a day for the move. Our moving crew was very professional and very fast! They moved us in less time than anticipated, and we didn't have any damage to any items. Overall, a really great experience. We don't plan on moving again, but if we were to move, we'd use Hughes!

The staff was very helpful, on both ends of the move. I would recommend them very highly!

This is my 2nd time hiring Hughes to move. This is a company that genuinely cares about you & your move. Each person at this company was invested in ensuring our complete satisfaction. The day of the move they showed up on time and were courteous, efficient and careful. I highly recommend Hughes!

Moving during covid can be a challenge. These folks walked is through the process step by step. The estimate was done by video to limit exposure and was so accurate. The crew wore masks, were very efficient and respectful of us by limiting our exposure to them. We liked the fact we had the same crew load and unload our belongings. It made for an easier transition. I would highly recommend hughes relocation services.
