The service was great from the time I drove up on the parking lot to my purchase. Mr. JJ Kent did an awesome job. I am truly satisfied with my purchase.

Mr.Ken and Lisa really made me feel like I was a very valuable customer.
They went out of their way to see that I got a loaner almost equivalent to my 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe.
They made sure my Tahoe was properly serviced and I really appreciate that.

My salesman Steven Singer was very knowledgeable about the car O wanted and the features it had. He was extremely pleasant to talk to and helped me relax about the process.

His concern for the customer is real, and he is devout in his promise to offer the best customer care for all consumers, and service to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction. I salute Mr. Mosley, and I am most grateful that men like this still walk among us.

Mandell was awesome, he took the time to talk to me and explain everything. After being blatantly lied to by Herb who sat on my package, Brian from Toyota was nice enough to get with mandell so we could close a deal! The staff is great friendly and courteous but steer clear of Herb!!

Phenomenal & compassionate service department! Recently, our family was driving from MA to FL. Hallfway through the trip found ourselves in a very difficult situation when our GMC Yukon developed a loud banging sound when braking. We called and stopped at several repair shops and dealerships for a 100 mile stretch and no one had any availability to evaluate our vehicle. Luckily, we eventually made it to the team at Hubert Vester to see if there was anything that can be done to help us get back on the road. They were also fully booked for the day (busy Saturday morning), but Ronnie and Ray (Service Manager) understood our difficult situation and somehow managed to fit us in and saved the day! In addition to receiving great technical service, the dealership itself is awesome. Comfortable waiting area, great cars on display, and the nicest people. Unfortunately I don't live in the area, but I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car buying or service experience!
