P30 pro 8/512 refused to receive calls an hour after purchase. Marriage is everywhere. But this is the wild policy of Huawei. For the past 16 days, they are checking the phone and refuse to return the money. Although I brought the phone back and the store a few hours later. The court has already filed a lawsuit. Very dissatisfied with your service center Crock-TTC in Kyiv! Some common problems! It's just horror! I bought a smartphone Honor 9 Lite and already four times sent it to a service center! I bought the phone 4 months ago, 2 of which he was in the warranty repair! I do not understand why such a solid company is such a bad service center! They replaced me half of the phone during the first two warranty repairs (replacing the motherboard and the display module), and the defect did not go away. And the third time they sent me a phone and said that the defect was not detected, although the defect remained exactly the same as before. Yes, and I have such a feeling that they replaced me with some kind of Chinese counterfeit. That is, the first two times they found a defect, and for the third time suddenly ceased to be detected. I think that they did not diagnose the first two times, but simply replaced everything that could be replaced, that is, just wasting your money! If you do not care about clients, then at least pay attention to the fact that they simply waste your money: do not carry out diagnostics, put bad spare parts and even money is spent for forwarding! And all this has a very negative effect on the reputation of your company. Worst of all, Huawei Ukraine does not want to help me solve this problem!

I had to pay 500 UAH for opening the lid to get a sim card that was stuck in the tray! On the sim card was black lacquer, because of this tray did not go. I inserted this sim card into other phones and there were no problems! I do not understand why I had to pay if my guarantee is 2 years from Huawei! The phone was opened, there was no repair, nothing has changed! Is the opening of the phone is not a diagnosis ?? Why do we need a guarantee then ??? And the MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION - who are Kenford if I bought a Huawei phone and I have a Huawei warranty? The guarantee indicated this place, which eventually turned out to be private owners and in fact they have no relation to the Huawei team! I do not understand, only in Ukraine it happens ???
