Very dissatisfied with your service center Crock-TTC in Kyiv! Some common problems! It's just horror! I bought a smartphone Honor 9 Lite and already four times sent it to a service center! I bought the phone 4 months ago, 2 of which he was in the warranty repair! I do not understand why such a solid company is such a bad service center! They replaced me half of the phone during the first two warranty repairs (replacing the motherboard and the display module), and the defect did not go away. And the third time they sent me a phone and said that the defect was not detected, although the defect remained exactly the same as before. Yes, and I have such a feeling that they replaced me with some kind of Chinese counterfeit. That is, the first two times they found a defect, and for the third time suddenly ceased to be detected. I think that they did not diagnose the first two times, but simply replaced everything that could be replaced, that is, just wasting your money! If you do not care about clients, then at least pay attention to the fact that they simply waste your money: do not carry out diagnostics, put bad spare parts and even money is spent for forwarding! And all this has a very negative effect on the reputation of your company. Worst of all, Huawei Ukraine does not want to help me solve this problem!
