Worse and worse
Faithful customer since the mate 9pro, mate 10pro, p20 pro and p30 pro, I am still waiting for the cover promised by a manager of the customer service platform, with each call to service we are told anything in order to get rid of the customer .

An incomprehensible customer service, an order placed with delivery expected within 1 to 2 days, shipped 1 week later and the only commercial gesture is: "a code of 5% reduction on your next purchase" (code that I was given already given before my order, so that everyone can have, and useless because I would not buy on this site anymore).

No compassion for the damage caused by the delay, and the employees who contradict themselves: some say they had a logistical problem and that it was not my fault, others that I was notified of a shipment 1 week later (this is not the case).

In short, go through another brand, or at least another dealer if you want to buy one of their product, I dare not imagine during a breakdown.
