My 91-year-old mother has been waiting in the emergency room from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. on an empty stomach since Le Matin. At 9:10 p.m. I manage to reach Doctor X who assures me that my mom will take an exam in approx. 20 min. The next morning I call the hospital And they give me my mom. Nothing has been done, the exam is scheduled for tomorrow at 11:30 am Promise not kept, the operator with a foreign accent calls me familiar. It is a real shame the current operation of this hospital. Better to be gypsies than good Swiss to be treated quickly. I am sad and disgusted.
