About Talent Decisions

Talent Decisions is an easy to use SaaS candidate ranking and selection tool specifically built for recruiters and hiring managers. Designed to take a deeper look into job requirements, what candidates bring to the table and ultimately recruit the best possible individual for the role avoiding costly hiring mistakes.

Based on cutting-edge academics from the London School of Economics and the founders background in recruiting, it puts structure around a decision which has never truly had one.

Kit holds an MSc in Decision Sciences from the LSE and had the privilege of studying under some of the pioneers in the field. He has been building and using ad-hoc excel based decision models on many of his search projects over the years. It allows him to deliver results faster, with greater insight and analysis than traditional recruiters.

His vision was to take this complex and often messy Excel-based MCDA (multi-criteria decision analysis) model and create something web based and user-friendly.
