I am an experienced IT professional and having moved to Toronto from Ottawa, I was looking for opportunities. After not getting calls for interviews, I decided to seek out the services of Tarek. He created a resume and cover letter for me which got me several interviews. He assisted me throughout the hiring process till I got an offer for the kind of job that I always wanted. Worst resume writer anyone could ever find. Tarek took my resume, asked a little more questions about my achievements and job profile. He just copy pasted the content I mailed him, he didn t even bother to change those lines. But he did a great job colouring my resume, so now it looks like a colourful trash.
As soon as he sent me the resume he sent me 2 mails to give him the password for eTransfer. I was busy that day and sent him the password without reviewing the resume properly. He didn t even give a call back to follow up if I had any questions or if I am satisfied with my resume.
