I am on Medi-Cal and have no transportation to get to my medical appointments. My plan covers the cost of that transportation but my provider who is the health plan of the san joaquin only uses lyft, which is unable or unwilling to provide me service. HPOSJ offered no other option. I waiting 75 minutes on hold before I was told they could not help me. Transferred three times. very unprofessional and uncaring.
