Amazing experience! They came out and did a quality inspection. He talked us though the entire inspection and was very honest. Turns out we didn t need a new roof. He still took the time to go over what we should watch for. When it is time for a new roof we will be calling High Performance Homes!!!

HPH came by my neighborhood and was able to show me what we needed. They did not try to sell us anything we did not need. Very knowledgeable.

High pressure sales. Very expensive quote. "Today discount" estimate was about 30% higher than 3 other estimates from different companies for the same roof. Estimate went higher if I didn't act "today." Salesperson said that roofing tiles increased in price significantly year on year. I asked the roofing contractor who did the work about roofing material prices compared to last year and he said the price was the same.

Roof was installed in two days. looks great.

Are you kidding me? First you solicit my wife while she's carrying our baby inside. Then you call her twice literally 5 minutes after leaving and then come back and even with a sign that says sleeping baby and loud dog do not knock or ring doorbell you do both ( and you saw the fact there was obviously a baby) just to force her to pick a time for you to come back for a sit down? Let alone we call 3 times and an email today to make sure no one shows up and you still show up? People reading this, please use any other company than these ingrates.

I enjoyed getting my roof done with this company because the team was amazing and the communication is great. Overall I would highly recommend to choose this company over any other. They have very good prices compared to other companies and I guarantee you that you be satisfied like I was !!

I recently had a roof and siding inspection by Myles from High Performance Homes. He was honest about my not needing a roof replacement or siding or window replacements at this time. I appreciated his honesty and helpfulness.

Good investment. Be sure to read all the paperwork and fine print. We felt their high pressure sales tactics were unwarranted. We were thankful for the inspection of our roof and subsequent review of the issues that were found by the consultant. We agreed the repairs were needed. However, we were not going to be given sufficient time to get competing estimates to validate everything and compare information before taking advantage of the discounts being offered. We did NOT like that pressure to sign immediately. In the end we believe highly in what we were sold. We did comparison shopping after receiving the pitch and agreeing to the materials. While their cost is definitely higher than competition, the materials, frost barrier, etc. is worth it for our home. We chose what we did based on the wear patterns of the neighboring roofs in our development. All of the homes were built at about the same time, so we could see where the problems were occurring. The installation crew were very friendly and did a great job explaining what they were doing as well as the underlying damage they found and had to repair along the way. We are very satisfied with our purchase and love our new roof and gutters.

High Performance Homes did a stellar job replacing my roof. Adnan s presentation was professional and without any high pressure sales techniques, which I appreciated. He was extremely knowledgeable about his product and his industry and did a great job of educating me on exactly why they use the materials they do, how they would do the installation and why they can give me the warranty that they did. The crew showed up on time, did a fabulous job, did an immaculate clean up of the area when they were done and the knocked it out in one day! I know I probably could have found someone that would do the job for less money but I was looking for the highest value, not the lowest cost and I feel that the job they did was well worth the price I paid. I can highly recommend HPH for anyone who wants to replace their roof with highest quality materials with a 50 year warranty for a very reasonable price.

Wow!!! What a difference a professional makes!! Rodney came to my home for my free roof inspection and all I can say is WOW did he know allot about New Roofing!!! After 20 minutes on my roof he came down the ladder with a heap of photos on the deficiencies he found. He was very patient with his easy to understand explanations of the State of my Roof and Skylights. I had been avoiding this for years and after his visit I m excited about getting my new roof in a few more weeks before the bad weather really hits!!!! Just got a new roof on my 70 s built home in Bellevue. Did my research and wanted an Owens Corning roof. High Performance Homes is who they recommend above all else. John Fieweger showed up exactly on time which is very rare for contractors that I ve dealt with in the past for kitchen and bathroom. Extremely professional and didn t try to pressure me like the others. He delivered on exactly what their company promised and what we agreed upon! Cleanliness and great crews made the job a breeze. Their inspector Dustin spoke with me everyday and showed me the progress. Price is very fair, being retired, the fact that they have financing helped my wife and I out tremendously. I would highly recommend High Performance Homes to friends, family, and community members...As well as the old hockey player John Fieweger (he s only 35)! 5 stars

She was very well mannered, with great energy. Extremely helpful to connect me with an appointment for the next step of the process to get new windows in order to replace current ones causing drafts with popped seals. The whole process was very timely, simple, well informative, and from a company with great reviews and very trustworthy. Highly recommend.

Starting off what you would hope to be a business relationship by disregarding the customers wishes is not in fact the right way to go. Your door to door salesman acknowledged the "no soliciting" sign at the start of the conversation and then continued to solicit my business, despite knowing, per my sign, that I didn't want him to. Thank you for making the choice of my future roof repair easier.

Although I didn't end up purchasing windows at this time, I really appreciated the professionalism and straightforwardness of the two representatives that can to give me an estimate. After talking with a canvasser earlier in the week, I decided to set up a free estimate to learn more about window options for my new home. The HPH team showed up right on time, were courteous as they took all the measurements, and gave me a lot of useful information. Down the road when I am ready to invest in windows I will certainly give them a call.

Wasn't sure what to expect at first but I had an amazing experience with HPH. Caden was very professional, helpful, honest and straightforward in wanting to earn my business. The roofing crew did an excellent job and they finished our roof in one day. Dustin was also very professional, helpful, honest and straightforward as well because we wanted to have a skylight in our stairwell but when he came in to look at it he told us that they could do it but it will cost a lot more money and he suggested a solar tubes that would do the same thing. The solar tubes are amazing and I am very happy with the roof and solar tubes. HPH is an excellent company and I will recommend them to everyone. Thank you HPH

We purchased a new roof through High Performance Homes and are very happy with it. We think it looks very nice (best looking roof on the block) and had a positive experience with the company. They scheduled a time to meet with both my husband and I, so we were on the same page and knew what was going on in regards to financing and product selection. As the process got going the financing department was helpful and patient. The roof was installed fast and well. We are very pleased with the quality of product and workmanship. They cleaned up well so there were no nails or dangerous items left for children to get ahold of. Totally recommend High Performance Homes

Dennis Brennan was amazing. He went through the whole process with us explaining it. He arranged financing and everything went as planned. The company performed excellent service. The only delaying factor was rain, and they were careful to find weather to accommodate the installation. The people on the crew were polite and professional. They cleaned up after the job each day and the next day the gutters and leaf guards were installed. We couldn't be happier with this roof with Dennis, and with HPH.

All was performed according to what was promised . We enjoyed our workers . People stop and admire our roof, it is beautiful.

I got the High Performance Window and my home is much quieter now that I have replaced them. The windows are so beautiful and my bedroom is no longer drafty- I wish I would of done this sooner.

The roof is beautiful, and it has all the features I was promised--two under layers, metal flashing all around and in all the valleys, and the fancy shingles along the top. The guys who did the work were great, particularly the one fellow who worked alone for a day and a half. I was home with my dog, and we watched him work. He was extremely diligent--only took one break in a 10 hour day. Friendly, too. When he was done, he cleaned the gutters and ran the magnet device around the whole house. I haven't found one stray nail. The roof was expensive, but I believe it is worth it, especially with the 50 year warranty.

I would like to give many thanks to High Performance Homes for the job they did on my roof. On a Monday morning they came to my home, having to remove 2 layers of composite shingles, 1 layer of wood shingles, and nail 48 sheets of exterior sheeting on a several-hip roof, along with laying down ice and water paper... Thereafter nailing all shingles, and stand-up ridge shingles, along with ventiliation along the ridge, all in one day. The crew left my yard spotless of debris, and my roof is now the nicest looking on our block.

They are basically incredible. From start to finish. When Shane Boehle knocked on my door, I was apprehensive, at first. But it soon became apparent that this man knew how to win me over. He was kind, respectful, and just ridiculously intelligent. Even made me laugh a few times. I m not sure of any of their other canvassers, because Shane is the only one I ve ever met. But, I m telling you, Shane Boehle is basically the best thing about this already great company.

Spencer, was my first contact with High Performance Homes, he was very polite and convinced me that I should consider getting an estimate on some replacement windows. Taylor and Troy measured my windows and I felt they were honest and did a wonderful job representing High Performance Homes.

Never heard of them but wanted to give them a chance. Invited him into my home and after 1 hour of sales talk and small talk I have NOT received any pricing on roof replacement. He kept calling someone asking for pricing but no one responded. I cant buy anything from someone who doesnt provide pricing. A company that doesnt provide sales cost should not be trusted.

Someone stopped by my house today to offer me an estimate on my windows, Sierra provided alot of information on your Krypton windows and how my aluminums are alowwing air back and forth, unfortunately we are living off social security and don't ha e such funds anytime soon, hopefully one day we will be able to contact you guys for help

Had HPH replace some windows and a large sliding glass door. The company is responsive, reliable, professional, and courteous. The whole process went exactly as they described, from estimate to critical measurement to ordering to installation. Installation was done on time with good workmanship. The installers were very prompt and diligent in their work. The work site was managed for safety and cleanliness. The office support was excellent. Regular calls to confirm dates, times, details, etc. I made a change to the spec for the sliding door, and they picked it up right away and I got what I wanted. The windows and sliding door look and perform great. This company did an excellent job and the people are wonderful! I will definitely have them back if I decide to replace any more of my windows.

We were needing new siding on our 28 yr old manufactured home. We've lived in it since it was new. Curtis came to our door step one Sat a.m. in Feb. He noticed we needed help. We talked a bit and I gave him info after I got a card from him. We had an appointment with Russ the following week. We decided to go with their deal. Did paper work, waited, a bit and got a call the following week or so later that we were approved for a loan. The supplies and dumpster were delivered on Wed. Workers showed up on Friday. They work around the hours we want them to be here, which is nice. The work was finished on Wed. (no work on Sunday). Amazingly knowledgeable workers, Chris, Caesar, and Rigo, were fun to be around and answered a few questions for me. I love our "new" house. It is so nice and are going to paint it this summer. It came primed. The James Hardie board siding is so good so far and it has a good sound barrier. A bit warmer in the coolness of the spring weather. Our neighbors even like it! We are happy with what we have and so thankful for the job the installers in from High Performance Homes. Every one I talked to were helpful and kept in touch. We like the guarantee of the siding as well. Kudos go out to the installers and office people, including Jazmin too! Good job and keep up the good work!

I had a young man named Damon McDaneld come to my house canvassing for high performance homes. He was incredibly knowledgable about types of roofing and the damage that ours has sustained. At this time I'm not financially able to begin the repairs, but as soon as I am, I will be calling back.

I had a new roof installed from this company. 1st of all even though they said they don't subcontract and employees of high performance homes would do the work, Forever Roofing did the job.. 1st lie I was told. ... I was told the job would be done within 6 weeks. The work started on the 9th week. I kept calling the person wondering when the work would start. He kept blaming it on another job that took longer than expected and the roofing material was still being made. ya right .. I asked the driver from ABC roofing ( they delivered the product ) if this product was just made. He chuckled and said no. They stock this product. .. A couple days later a couple guys showed up in a van and started stripping my old roof off. I assumed they were HPH employees until the next day when my wife called in a panic saying a Forever Roofing truck showed up and was taking pictures of the house. He told her he was taking pictures of the work to send to HPH and the workers were his employees... No subcontracting huh?? They broke my skylight during the process. I notified HPH. They said they would replace it. After they priced it out they called asking if I would cover half the price since I'm getting new skylight... seriously ? you break my skylight then ask me to cover half the price ?? After arguing my point, they reluctantly agreed to absorb the price.... Bottom line: Don't fall for the " I can give you a special price but only if you sign the contract today" crap... I paid double what I should have...seriously. double. Don't fall for the commitment date. They'll show up when they want. In my contract you can back out within 3 days. After that they charge you for the cost of the product if you cancel after 3 days.. NO EXCEPTIONS. The sales rep will tell you everything you want to hear to get you to sign on the bottom line then after the 3 days is over do whatever they want and you're along for the ride. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..... unless you want to paid double what you should and be lied to all along the way.

I got a knock on my door and at first I wasn't going to answer it lol. When I did I was greeted by the smiling face of Joslyn Rider, we talked about my roof and windows that need repaired. I have been so scared to even look into prices, but she took my fear away as we went over how to set my appointment, the prices I might be looking at, the products I could ask about etc. Thank you Joslyn you helped me and my family more than you will ever know

Professional, experienced, courteous work crew. They were clean and fast too. When I had a question they called the supervisor, who came out to explain. Quality, impressive materials and a warranty, what more could you ask for? The roof looks great!

Our sales guy Stephen was super professional and laid out all of our options and worked with our budget. A few weeks later the install teams showed up and worked quickly and efficiently. We were having some leakage before the install and now we have none. The roof looks beautiful as well.

Adnan and Adrian came to my house performing a free roof inspection. They were polite and professional. Before inspection began they introduced themselves and their company. At the end, the informed me I DID NOT need a new roof. I can get several years out of it with proper maintenance and gave me good advice to prolong the life of my current roof with basic care maintenance. There was no sales pressure and they even gave me rough estimates of a roof replacement and options for when it would be time, giving me time to save and budget. I am a new home owner, and I really appreciated there honest service. When it is time to replace the roof I would love to use this company to perform the job. Thanks again!

Horrible, horrible company. I filled a complaint with the BBB on this company because it took them almost a month to respond to the errors they made because they did not want to fix the problem. They took forever to actually put the windows in and then messed around when it came to getting the correct screens that we were promised. They did not want to fix anything until I filed a complaint with the BBB then all of a sudden they wanted to make things right, and have a meeting which we held at our house. When they "tried" to resolve it they made my husband sign paperwork that I would take down all of the TRUE reviews about their company. However, I did not sign anything with them. The "owner" sat in my living room and told my husband that they would give us $300.00 check back for all of the problems that we have had. This was in May, it is now August and we have yet to see any check or any of the "paperwork" he was going to send. I have cameras in my house and he even looked right at the camera and said oh I see you have cameras. Yep, sure do. So the whole conversation is on camera. Do not go through the hassle, find a company that actually cares and is not just money hungry. When a price is too good to be true, then yes it really is going to be more hassle than just paying the extra money for good honest work. As you can tell there are not very many bad reviews. I am sure they did the same to the rest of the people that wrote one.

We are so glad we chose High Performance Homes to provide re-support work plus metal reroofing for our large garage building here in the outpost of Winlock,WA! The estimator visited promptly and gave a fair and accurate figure for the work. The work crew of Rob and George are experienced, considerate, and efficient. This was a multi day project and the work site was protected and cleaned up daily. Questions were answered in a way we could understand.
