Whilst the software and platform is amazing the service is horrendous. They ignore you, wont answer emails and never ever apologise, no matter how much they do wrong. We have been cut off, pages lost, users unable to access and nothing can make them reply. You simply have to accept that they will get to you when they want. We have raised it and even threatened to leave and they couldnt care less because they know the platform is brilliant. I have never begrudingly stayed with a supplier before and it feels lousy.
