Fun people with big, natural smiles. The food is pretty good, but needs more finesse for what they charge

Perfect place for great food and drinks after hiking The Chief !!

Food was good, beer and was excellent. Had the best IPA ever. Stayed in a room for a two nights, room was lovley but breakfast only ok. Would definitely go again. Prices absolutely fine.

Decent selection of beers and great service but the lamb pot pie could be better

All brews are made in house. Great menu. Poutine, elk sausage pizza are worth a drive. Astounding views of the Squamish Cheiftan granite mountain. Exactly the type of place you'd like to stumble upon in a "Sea to Sky" town.

Great experience. Good staff and great selection of beer. I've been here three or four times now and have always had an excellent experience. Their Flatbread is fantastic

I was a cook for three months in the pub. Anyone who ate there a least had urine on their food. From the cooks hired from the local shelter. Worst and most discerning job I ever had.

Great place with a wide selection of beers and other drinks. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and their over beer fridge is a goldmine for beer loving bargain hunters

What a find, is there a better restaurant within an hour drive? Friendly and attentive service, the food is excellent, great ingredients, and of course the beer is outstanding. Options are admittedly limited in squamish, but we just kept coming back.

The drinks were good, but the food was of typical bar variety a little on the salty side across the board. Social distancing practices were in place. We came as a group of 7, and were split up into two tables.

Extremely noisy and mediocre service. I don't recommend going on Friday or Saturday nights. The food was alright, but not exceptional. I think this place would be better to come to for lunch.

If ain't broke dont fix it. Popular last century wooden hall with super high ceilings. Own brewed beers served with generous portions of food. Not a cuisine feast but more of a nice night or day put.

An incredible selection of beer, but watch out because they are strong. The open ceiling lends itself great to the live bands that place on Friday nights.

Try the deep fried cream cheese!! You won t regret it! Cool casual bar / restaurant with a huge selection of exotic tasting award winning beers. All wood interior and friendly service and staff. This is part of a larger hotel with several rooms and another restaurant on the side. Usually packed so expect a small wait. Helpful?

Fair rate for inn along the route to whistler, barman was friendly and helpful offered us free juice.

Moscow Mule was served in a glass cup instead of copper, and the sweet potato fries were served with curry mayo instead of chipotle mayo?

The manager with red hair was extremely rude. I got asked to order food or leave when I arrived, sat with my mates, and asked to start with a glass of water. My mates had drinks and food on the table already. Then she avoided serving us for the next couple hours until we left. This was on Canada Day as well...

Wide selection of beers. Pulled pork pizza was a bit disappointing but the calamari was good

Plenty of seating, lively buzz. Plenty of sports screens and AMAZING food options. I'm vegan and was very pleased with the choices.

Recently booked this venue for our company Christmas party. We were a group of 60, booked all of the rooms in the hotel and used the restaurant for our party.
I can't say enough about the professionalism we received from Lavera from the time we were considering this venue in the summer until the day of the event, she made things very easy and accommodated our every need.
Also big shout out to Donna and her staff the night of the event, they were true professionals, very accommodating and the food was fantastic!! Lots of positive comments from our employees.

Kristy on the hotel side made arrangements a breeze as well.

We struggled with the idea of hosting our annual Christmas party somewhere out of the lower mainland but we were sure rewarded by our decision to give it a try.

Keep up the great work Howe Sound Brewing, we'll be back!!

Awesome brew pub - solid food and great beers. Pizza's in particular are quite good. Definitely a must visit if you're in Squamish.

Nice place to go with a group for sure. Lots of large wooden tables and a large open dining room. Free refills on non alchohol drinks.

Had the pizza and it was excellent! Would definitely go back for some more pizza and cold beer.

Craft beer constantly being rotated. Almost everything on the menu is delicious and good value. The lamb burger with yam fries is my go to.

We went there for the first time this week, celebrating my birthday, and I can honestly say, the food was fantastic and the service was the best we'd had in years (thank you Mandy, you extraordinary woman you!)! My seafood hotpot was delicious, hot and generously filled with tons of seafood and Mandy's fun and outgoing personality made the whole experience just perfect! Thank you & we'll be back for sure!

Good food options and great beer selection. But they enforce 18% gratuity for parties of 6 and more; which would be reasonable if it meant the servers paid more attention to their tables.

Great location with views of the Chief. The food was just alright, the fries and the pizza seemed a bit greasy and deep fried.

Great beer selection, great food and a great expanded patio for those times when the weather cooperates. A fine example of what a brew pub tasting can be.

Rapid and adequate service.

Had to wait over an hour for our meal. They did bring us chips to hold us over but also didn't come back to offer more drinks.

Good food excellent beer and a decent place to stay

Stopped by for lunch and was impressed by the open architecture and the number of televisions playing the current sorting events. The beer taster flights are $8 for four of any type offered at the time. The portions of every item on the menu is large so come hungry.

My one complaint is that my girlfriend ordered prawns in her salad and was charged $7 for four or five small pieces. Not what we expected.

Casual dining and great beers after a day of hiking

Went to this brewery 5 years ago, still can t get over my experience there - the worst service I ve ever had in my 14 years in Canada. We waited for our fish and chips for over an hour, when everyone else was getting served. My fault was that I asked the hostess to remove a big fat fly from my beer that she had just brought. The management refunded our food but they clearly didn t give a damn.

We only stayed one night but as the small town of Squamish goes, this was a highlight. Food was great and the beer was exceptional. Highly recommend

Excellent beer selection! All live up to their description, especially the darker beers. Family friendly. Solid kids burgers, and excellent wings. If you like cheese and bacon, try the dirty fries - toppings are loaded. Margherita pizza and Gnocchi were good (perhaps not exceptional). Service was very professional, kind, and attentive.

Came in early around 11:30 for lunch.

I had a few glasses of wine and the brisket sandwich with poutine as a side.

The poutine was tasty. Crisp fries with curds that melted slowly; nice gravy.

Servers were extremely helpful and attentive.

I wish I could drink beer because their selection looked impressive.

Great craft brews and food. Premises are well decorated with a fantastic view of the Chief. Bring your binoculars on a sunny summer day and watch the climbers in style

Love this place! First, the scenery, sights and experiences available in this area are beyond stunning!!! The Inn was quaint and simple but clean and comfortable. You can walk to a lot of the town's attractions from here. The beer and the food were delicious and all of our experiences with the staff were very pleasant. I would certainly recommend staying here and I am already looking forward to going back.

Rustic and no frills, but cozy. Didn't have time to take advantage of the restaurant and the brewery is lost on me (don't drink) but had a decent burger ordered up. Stellar view of the chief if you can get a room on the East side

Beer was good. The power bowl was good but had amazing portions. The avocado was a bit hard. Jasmine our waitress did amazing helping our group pick out our flights and help with my food allergy. I'd go again!

Restaurant: Great atmosphere in the big room. A bit noisy, beer selection good. Nice staff, unfortunately our food order took a long time and the service has informed very late that it takes longer. Lower average taste (Mac & Cheese, kalamaris)

Hotel: good rooms, clean. Fast Wi-Fi. Continental breakfast (cold). Parking good luck especially in the evening. A good distance from the city center.

Great place, good food and beer, the perfect place to go after a day of ciclying. Highly recomended.

When it's hard to find the price of a pint...there's a reason. No deals here, mates!

These guys supply first rate craft beer to bars and restaurants throughout Vancouver and the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. Their pub in Squamish is a first rate pub by any standard, particularly a Canadian standard (the people of "Canuckistan" love good beer). Rustic woodwork dominates the interior of a large pub setting, augmented by outdoor seating on a patio. The food menu is good pub fare, a couple of burgers to choose from, first rate chowders and small pizzas. They sell their beers for off sales in liter bottles and smaller cans.

Quality beer, food is ample and well prepared, if basic. Great stop after a day of hiking or snowboarding.

I really like all the different Brews they have here. Most of them were actually pretty good. And the food was amazing

There is good beer here! Didn't get a chance to try the food but the restaurant was big and had good views. The staff knew what to recommend for some of the in-experienced beer drinkers in the party and prices were really reasonable.

It was good food good service unfortunately they added an 18% gratuity on each of our bills because 3 couples sat together and there were 5 kids at a separate table. I have no problem tipping and probably would have tipped 20% on my bill but I would prefer to be the judge of my service and feel this is bad form with such a small group.
