excellent store with a great selection. Todd has helped us every time we ve been in. He is very friendly and helpful. He really takes time to understand exactly what your looking for and always shows me new things that have come in that match my style. I will be going to him for all my jewelry needs from now on.
Stopped to get my watch sized and will definitely be back to have a stone set. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and really enjoyed my visit.

I love coming to Howard's to shop. I buy all of my Alex & Ani bracelets there for myself and as gifts for friends. I got my beautiful engagement ring from them and I receive lots of compliments on it. The employees are always friendly and helpful to me.
I love this shop! Always very curtious and helpful whether I'm looking for wedding rings or jewelry for my children they help me find what I'm looking for. Had my battery in my watch replaced today and they shined it up. Great customer service
I will always recommend Howard s to anyone I meet. As a young college student, jewelry stores can be intimidating. I ve had some issues recently with a bracelet from my childhood that holds a lot of sentimental value. I have no idea where it was purchased from, but I know it is not very expensive. Yet, when I take it to Howard s, they are kind and helpful, and understand that because it has value to me, it is valuable. They are more than reasonable with prices, and have even done on site repairs for me. I ve also bought pendants and chains there, as well as had bracelets gifted to me from here and everything has always been lovely.

I love this store! Coming from a family that was in the jewelry business, this store is a class act. The staff is first class and very friendly and helpful. I would always shop there and recommend to all my friends. My son went there for an engagement ring and they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Keep up the good work Howard's
My (now) husband and I used Howard's' for all of our engagement/wedding rings and had a phenomenal experience. Todd was extremely helpful to me especially in choosing a wedding band. I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted and he took the time to understand what was important to me and helped me pick the perfect one. In general, the people at Howard's are patient and do not push a sale. They understand that purchasing jewelry is a big decision and they want you to make a purchase that you are happy with. There is no shortage of readily available options in store, but they also have the ability to get pretty much anything you want in a timely manner. In other words, selection is not limited to what is in the display case. It is important to choose a jeweler wisely since they will be the one you continually come back to for maintenance and cleanings. Having our rings sized and cleaned was an easy process and I don't see this ever being a problem in the future. The quality of personalized service and care you will experience shopping locally at Howard's is much higher than you are going to find at a department store or a big name jeweler like Kay's/Jared's. Trust us, we checked out multiple stores before deciding! I can't say enough good things about Howard's. We look forward to stopping in again soon.

I recently got engaged and they have been so helpful with sizing and are already giving many ideas for my future purchases. You will be very happy their selection and can order just about anything you would like.

I have been searching for the Nightmare Before Christmas zombie duck necklace that is sold out everywhere. I called Howard s Diamond Center and Todd answered. Unfortunately they are sold out and he got back to me a couple of days later to let me know if they would receive more. Todd is friendly and has amazing customer service skills. Bethany was very friendly and helpful in answering all my questions . She was very patient and informative. I also had my watch battery changed in just a couple minutes.
Very unprofessional to say the least. First, I was quoted $80-100 for my ring to be resized (standing there face to face with ring in hand). Second, this was on a Monday and I was told I d have it back the following Friday (reality was that it didn t even get sent out for sizing till the next Monday.) so now my ring has finally made it to the third party jeweler whom can actually accomplish the sizing (12 days after drop off)... just to receive a call asking to confirm the ring to be sized for an estimated $210!! Wow. Needless to say, I have called and asked for my ring to be returned & now have to wait four days to get my ring back in the original condition it was dropped off in!! Poor communication. Failed business. Inexperience. Wouldn t recommend to even Barney Rubble.
Howard's is amazing. Alex helped my fiance pick the most amazing ring and Todd has been extremely helpful in answering all of the questions. Great place to buy jewelry!
