My mobility specialist was amazing. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable through the entire process.
When calling I feel there is a lot of redundancy in having to repeat your information over and over until you are directed to the right person and then you have to repeat everything again. There is no reason you should have to call back and say that you have had your appointment with your physician. But overall, we were very pleased with the quick processing of our application and approval from medicare. Butch was great and really put my husband at ease when explaining the operational feature of the chair. Thank you.

The tone of the representative was a little off putting but it was consistent so I just think that is her normal speaking voice. Everything else was fine
My specialist was very good at explaining what I needed.and giving me the process for being able to get a scooter. She gave me step by step for my doctor. My doctor said I did perfect with the note I gave her from the specialist. She has sent in my prescription for a scooter. I just pray I get one because I definitely do need one.

I just talked to y'all today and I've already got results. Samantha did call my doctor's office and request paperwork and she already got it back to them where you can start the next process. Within 5 hours from talking to her today I'm over I'm over to the next step. That's better than a company I was dealing with where I've been waiting for seven and a half months to get a wheelchair didn't they tell me they don't carry my size.
While it seemed to take a long time for everything to go through, we could not be any happier with our Hoveround! The gentleman (Steven) who delivered our chair was very good at explaining how it worked and different tips on operating it. Thank you!
