Second, they have the whole process well organized and I could see on my personal web page what steps still need to be complete and who was responsible for each step. Third, my agent, Stephan, went above and beyond what I expected from a realtor. He paid regular visits to the house after I had moved and gave me updates. He coordinated with service providers and provided access as needed. He even watered my plants when he visited! Selling a house when you live 2,700 miles away is stressful. But Stephan and the Houwzer team were able to minimize that stress and sold the property quickly for the right price.
