I had high hopes for my recent experience, but it fell short. The selection of tours was limited, and I found the booking process quite confusing. Communication was lacking, and responses to my inquiries took longer than expected. I anticipated more engaging itineraries. instead, they felt rushed and not well organized. Overall, my experience didn’t meet my expectations. 😕

The House of Tours is not at all a professional tours provider.. they will get you in a situation, ruin your holidays and wash their hands of by saying its not their fault....
When I book a vacation with you and pay you the asked amount any thing going wrong is you fault houseoftours... the convenient way out that these people take is its not in our hands and you are left is a soup to deal with the situation on your own.....

They just copy paste the details and give to other trip organizers. Better you should avoid them as they don't deal with the issues so why to give them profit if they are inefficient to solve issue themselves. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
I was contacted by HOT representative and she was immensely helpful and apologetic regarding my initial UK Visa refusal. She listened to my concerns and convinced me to apply again which I was very reluctant about initially but she handed over my case to a senior and more experienced consultant (Jibin), who addressed all the concerns ECO had highlighted and re-submitted my application. I received my passport today and I have been granted the UK visit visa.

I am writing this post 2 days after receiving my UK visit visa rejection letter. I did not want my emotions to get in the way, that's why I gave it 2 days to come in terms with the rejection.
They are very polite and nice people but unfortunately lack the knowledge and expertise to prepare an acceptable visa profile for you. I might be mistaken in expecting these guys to be thorough professionals and visa consultants but in my defense this is what I have told them from the word go and they have assured me that they know the UK visa process inside out. They have very competitive prices but advice rendered is almost useless. So you can do the maths.
I booked airline tickets from house of tours, i would say very efficient service. They treated me with priority and also with lot of respect.
