Worst hygiene pack i have ever ordered for totalling 129 dhs including shipping charge!
Ordered the hygiene pack which includes face mask and gloves along with hand sanitiser and tissues.
I actually needed face mask and gloves. I was surprised due to non hygienic products inside When i unpacked the box! Hygiene mask box was torn and inside masks were not packed in plastic pack, outside they put in sealing pack and the mask i can see from outside itself few of them ear loop was detached from mask. I did not open it as i will make them return this garbage to their factory itself!! Worse product i have ever seen!! The hygiene pack is not actually hygiene from hotpack. I am not going to leave these guys simply, We are paying our hard earned money for dumping their garbage to us or what?? Disgusting!!!!
Careful dont buy from their online store. They took the money and never delivered anything. No one replies to calls or emails or facebook messages. Their coroprate office cant be bothered to sort it out and just gave me contact numbers that no one answers or shut off.
I have filed a complaint to consumer rights.
Really bad I am a truck driver and I came so many time in the hotpack but every time has the same problem today I reach in the company around 10.30 am and now it's almost 4 pm and my truck is still not unloading that happens is not a first time I ask the reason why they not unloading and that person pass me smile no answer I ask so many times but he didn't respond he ignored me really bad it's big zero that's my opinion please think about the truck driver and we have also rights for little respect. Thanks
