Well really wanted to throw my daughter's 21st b-day here. I called no one got back to me so went down personally talk to meeting manger Clayton . He show me the pool area and i told him I want to rent out a area by thepool and get a room and food. I have 50ppl coming. So he told me he will have numbers for me in couple of days didn't here anything. I've called even called today sent emails responded one time 4 days ago and i haven't heard anything since and it's been a week. So bad communication service on helping customers out. Really disappointed.

Service was slow in the restaurant. Had to wait and then ask for drink refills multiple times.

I went to a fashion show here and it was lit. There was this guy painting this mural outside and I wanted to get his number but I was too afraid to approach him. He looked really mad. So I grabbed one of his fizz cans and pretended I was painting the mural. That's me in the pic! OMG!

Every single hard rock ever stayed at is a great time

The hard Rock is definitely up to date and trendy. Love the decor and memorabilia all throughout the hotel, just like other hard rocks if you've ever been. This was my first stay here. The one complaint I do have with the hotel and the reason for the 4 stars is that the pool is beyond lackluster. Very small and limited hours as a guest, 9am - 8pm. Other than that, the hotel is great. We booked through Expedia using our points so the stay was very affordable, but I can't speak to the costs if booking direct. We also did not eat at the restaurant, so no comment there.

I visited this location when it was the last few days of the Hard Rock Hotel. The placement of the hotel is convenient for visitors to access the downtown area. The hotel itself I did not see a lot of, though the bells are very nice. And the services provided by the hotel for events are fantastic.

Location is the best feature of this Hard Rock hotel Nostalgic pieces of very much praise American artists made the internal tour a enjoyable experience.

Non functional heat during the evening. Better get plastered during the day so that you pass out during the cold cold evenings and not have to deal with the broken HVAC like I did. The manager gave me her card to take care of us for the next time, I've made several calls, haven't heard from her still.

Sign of wear in what were otherwise nicely appointed rooms, but the Happy Hour in the cavernous bar and lobby area was dead on a Friday night, throwing gloom over the entire hotel. The food choices for 'in room dining,' i.e. room service, were minimal and uninteresting. Formerly a Hard Rock venue, it seems like it's trying to find it's way to a new identity, but just isn't there yat.

The outside is a little dated but the staff and rooms are really great. 7/10. It's a little pricey for what you get imo.

Went to the Spa there, it was absolutely gorgeous the products are phenomenal!

Hard Rock is totally cozy, quirky and fun. We stayed for two days, be sure to bring your swimsuit, the pool is really nice. The hotel has a lovely little restaurant called Kitchen, we had the Kitchen Pizza which was great and we were recommended the Bread Pudding. I would go back for that alone.

The location is incredibly convenient. We walked to the art museum and restaurants in the main Palm Springs area.

I would go back and would recommend it to friends.

Visited for a professional development conference. There were signs laid out very well indicating where everything is. Only complaint is that there wasn't very many bathrooms close by!

Amber and Becca are amazing. As was the live Thursday evening band.

Gross pool water and expensive drinks. Atmosphere was lively though

Pretty nice, but much smaller than I expected. Conference rooms had numerous unfinished drywall patches in the ceiling. AC was so noisy it was difficult to hear the presenter. Food was marginal, but could have been conference issue. Had some cool band/artist artifacts displayed.

Had lots of fun at the event! Great heated pool and a great place to stay the night

Restaurant and lobby were empty for lunch and still the service was incredible slow. The glass of water was not refilled for a long time as the waiters were nowhere. After waiting for the Caesar salad for a long time, I had to wait for the chicken tacos even longer. Clearly the have no concept of pacing dishes. When I complained, I was told they were having a meeting...I hope they were talking about customer service improvements. The room is beautiful though and the music of classical hits nice. The Caesar salad ($12)was salty. The tacos were ok. ($18). Not recommended at all. Worst restaurant experience in a long time in this category. 1/2/19.

Stayed at the Hard Rock Palm Springs for my bachelorette party a few weeks ago. While we did have a good time, I left a brand new, tags on, expensive item hanging in the closet (which I understand is my fault). I called the housekeeping department after I arrived home on Sunday evening and noticed it had been left, and left a message on the voicemail that promises a 24-hour return call time period. Well, four days and several messages later I finally received a call back from the manager to whom I described my item and exactly where it was left. To my surprise, she stated they did not have the item. I thought this was odd considering I could vividly describe the item and it's whereabouts when we left the room. She said she would call if it turned up in the laundry service, but I have yet to hear anything. This just proves that the housekeeping staff at this hotel can not be trusted and is the reason I will never stay here again. If you do choose to stay here, be sure to double check EVERYWHERE before you leave. If you leave any items behind, don't expect to get them back.

The pool and Jacuzzi was pretty good as well as the room. It was pretty averaged sizes and was good for 4 people. The location was fine, at night it was cold but I went to the Jacuzzi. So all in all, I would rate 4 stars.

Stopped in to find out prices and use the restroom. They are top notch.

Nice bar, it was very quiet the time of day I was there but can imagine it can get busy at times. Very good location.

It's a pretty cool place, everything on site and the pool party rocks!! Downtown is within walking distance and lots of restaurants near by.

Had a blast at The Club for a special event/concert.

I alway love coming to Palm Springs. My FAV place is here at Thr Hard Rock!!!

Decent atmosphere but completely dull now without live music. No reason to visit when there are so many other more entertaining options

Was here for presentations during the CUE conference. Great place for sessions; not sure what the rooms are like for staying here.

Is a typical hard rock hotel, the guests here are rather younger and are looking for the party (alcohol). The prices are usually higher than in the surrounding area. Those looking for a party, pool and bar will be satisfied.

Hotel lobby/lounge has a cool vibe. Local bands play every once in a while. Drinks are on the pricier side.

Staff was nice. Check in took a bit but we were there before the 4 pm check in time. The resort fee is a bit much at $40/day. Rooms were clean and shower worked well

Never stayed just went for pool party. Great music but pool was kinda small for alot of people. They had a little bar that didnt have too much variety in drinks but inside hotel had a nicer bigger bar with great bartender.

Even though this used to be hard rock hotel and some of the decor still reflects that era, I wasn t impressed with the staff or their desire to charge a hefty deposit for their minibar charges and a resort fee. It was too hot to use the pool so it wasn t even worth it. Make sure not to move anything on the mini bar also since it is weight sensitive; it will charge you automatically. Not the best place for me and my pre-teens.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. We asked for extra towels and pillows and we got them. I like the soap they leave in the bathroom. The room was clean. You can control the AC in your room.
The pool is good for lounging, not for lap swimming. The depth goes from 3 feet to 3'6". There are lots of towels, pool chairs and umbrellas at the pool.

Decent bar in the lobby, but overpriced as hell. Good times on Fridays when they have local bands play(picture is with leads of the band bellstar), sometimes good sometimes bad. They also show sci-fi movies every Friday at their pool area for free, it's a good time overall. The club next to the lobby is hit or miss, all depends on who is DJ'ing.

The conference facilities were excellent, the staff was helpful and the walls/art/displays were engaging

Went hiding from winter. Got what I wanted: Heat & Sun. Great solo weekend getaway, helps that everything is either at location or nearby.

I love it! It's was very relaxing and clean. Love their atmosphere and their employees were very welcoming. The bar was great!

This is not the place to stay for the right Palm Springs experience. The pool is blah, and the vibe is cold. Go at night instead and try to grab a couch in the lobby before the bar fills up

We went during the International Film Festival, and the hotel itself is very nice however the people were fairly rude making it not the best experience. Lots of events and different restaurants nearby, and is very fun to walk outside at night when lots of things are going on

Drinks were great. Pool was perfect on a hot day. Restrooms were a little dated, but overall our visit was fabulous!

Went to the Drg Brnch! Was a lot of fun! The performers were great! Food was just ok ...

The bar and music area was very laid back and relaxing.

Staff is great, room prices and location are excellent but I'm giving it only 3 stars because they have crazy rules, like pool closing early and no outside alcohol allowed in the rooms.

I did not stay at the hotel but I've been to the restaurant in the bar several times and they were very nice.

We went to the restaurant for lunch. Really poor menu. Bad service, actually seem the waiter doesn't know anything

Awesome time at the Hard Rock for NYE! Great burlesque show, tons of fun. The staff is very helpful and place is clean. What more could you ask for?

The Jardin Rock Hotel is a somewhat slow place but it has good music. And the bar inside this goat.
