hotel zenith Review

Zenith Hotel is likely the best hotel in Kuantan, which is already a sleepy little town with very few options. As far as taking a quick, comfortable break for rest between destinations, I think the hotel does its best. I would describe it as an 'an ambitious local hotel trying its best to reach the international standards of larger hotel chains. The check-in was quick, the staff, though a slim team, were attentive where they could be. Here I'd like to commend one staff member who helped us check in, a boy named Shah. He helped us check-in but also helped us when we had some trouble with a hotel door. He quickly gave us another room, and was quick on his feet to switch on the air-conditioning beforehand and give us a new key - even though it was clear that he was swamped and had to deal with different individuals in the hotel. We stayed only one night - but we were assured that the basic services of the hotel could be met - that meant, we could easily ask for good food, decent room service, laundering (at a time when we needed it most), additional pillows - and have all amenities in good working order. We got what we paid for - which, in this post-pandemic hospitality industry, can't be said for all hotels claiming whatever higher, more luxurious standards. Despite Zenith being a local hotel, it offered delicious room service and a generous breakfast spread. The only complaint I would make is structural and slightly outside the hotel's powers - the parking facility is rather confusing and indirect. But everything else, for a hotel - was satisfactory. I would recommend Zenith for anyone looking for a reliable place to stay in Kuantan, and I will remember Shah as a good, hard-working employee there.

Love this hotel. We booked deluxe room. They even got bathtub inside. So my kids got excited to continue berendam inside the tub because it was raining outside. Breakfast also good. I just love everything about this hotel. Was thinking to book this hotel again on this coming November. Easy access to the mall.

The Ramadan buffet of regional delicacies was scrumptious, with live gamelan music in the background. Strict SOP was followed. Highly recommended!

Clean n spacious room. Very good Location. Shopping n plenty of restaurants sorrounding.

Yesterday Ramadhan Buffet was Awesome for a 1st time staying at The Zenith Hotel. Good service. fast service. sory for spilling a drink at the buffet table. but Your staff is always smiling and willing to help.. this is my 1st time and maybe i will coming back here next time. highly recommended.

Been here for more than 15 times for breakfast, high-tea and ramadhan iftar and staying. Out of many hotels (I've been to Le Meridien, PNB Darby Park, Traders, Grand Hyatt, Swiss Garden, Double Tree by Hilton) this place is my favourite hotel to have meals. It's very close to shopping mall East Coast Mall too.

I didn't stay there, only been there for ramadan's buffet. The food was very good but I had a bad experience when a staff from the hotel came to me and my staff, asking us rudely, " Are you two Doctors? " We were shocked by the sudden question while queuing to take our main course. I was talking to one of my staff, we came to the hotel together, vaccinated, and hell yes a doctor. I didn't get to answer his answer, he rudely gestured us to be apart after asking that question. Yes, of course it's good to follow the sop. Me and my staff weren't too close, and for his information, we came together by a car. Well I guess he could've asked more nicely. Almost lost my appetite by that snide question. He didn't even wear a face mask, and sure haven't vaccinated yet but too cocky. Well I didn't see he aim the other like us after that. So double standard

Great hotel in Kuantan, located just in front of shopping mall, easy to access and easy to shop . The hotel very comfortable, nice hospitality also from the staff. Was stay here and happy with the hotel service.
Parking lot available, quite many space, and located in adjacent with G Level. Swimming pools located at 4th floor and facing to city.

Everything was perfect. Nice clean rooms with bathtub. Great location especially near the mall. Good security. Helpful staff service. Parking provided. The hotel follows the sop during the COVID-19 pandemic. Very recommended.
