I did a job interview in this place. As for me, to avoid.
A nice place with an excellent breakfast and very comfortable rooms
Apparently through the site it all looks great and a 4-star hotel but, 1) Poor cleaning 2) Cobwebs and spiders on the ledges 3) The stick in the closets full of dust 4) At night in room 303 they came out of the skirting board and cupboards, cockroaches, my wife had a terrible view of the phobia for these disgusting insects 5) All the rooms need a detailed renovation 6) To make people feel that everything is clean they use deodorant sprays that cover odors for a short time and that, for those who is allergic is not the maximum 7) Personnel quite kind 8) In conclusion we have abandoned the hotel one day before 8) Money wasted
Good hotel great for the location to move to the city center
Excellent hotel, qualified staff, clean and tidy rooms, breakfast service more than excellent. For any information the staff is well prepared. Certainly does not lack the cordiality and sympathy. To recommend to everyone.
Decent hotel, not much too boast about. Just tiny rooms, bathroom etc.... but overall friendly people. That makes a difference. Free breakfast is always good and wifi is quite good at times.
Kindly staf helpfull reception beautiful breakfast close location clean room
Pleasant hotel in the castle style with access to the center about 20 minutes.
Spontaneously get a room for one night late in the evening. Beautiful double room and delicious breakfast. I felt like a princess in the room! For me as a student it would not have been my first port of call because of the price, but I really enjoyed the stay! Definitely recommended!
We stayed at this hotel for a weekend in Rome. Clean, welcoming structure with extraordinary staff. Clean, spacious and very quiet rooms. Very good buffet breakfast with a wide selection of sweet and savory!
Business Travel: unfortunately this hotel is not in the right category. Spacious room, very comfortable bed and pillows, quality bath sponges but ...... taste of furniture not to my liking, very heavy. Very little breakfast as a choice, in the room there are tables with stools (not chairs), the cleanliness leaves something to be desired.
Hotel in a great location and very helpful and friendly staff. I personally don't like the style of furniture that I find heavy. My room was not kept well and did not give a great feeling of cleanliness ... The breakfast to improve ... little choice and low quality partially compensated by the cappuccino made at the moment quite good. Overall I was not satisfied
Great location, friendly staff, everything perfect for a vacation in Rome.
Good, very close to the center, mainly in the office area, at 7pm there is nobody around.
The thing that struck me most was the kindness and courtesy in welcoming the staff. Excellent hotel to stay in the center of Rome.
I stayed with my family in this hotel for four nights, taking advantage of an offer.
If we consider how much we paid, the value for money is very valid for being in a structure a few steps from Via Veneto. The staff, for the few contacts they had, seemed helpful.
We come to the negative points: the rooms facing the Via are very noisy (in the middle of the night the waste collection trucks generate significant noises, in the early morning the buses also bring us - there is a stop just below the hotel - we also distinctly heard the noises from the room that adjoined ours The breakfast products are not of great quality.
Despite the excellent price reserved for us, I would not return.
Centrally located hotel, spacious rooms, I was expecting qulacosa being a 4-star hotel over breakfast and room cleaning.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Hotel with mountainous location, but outdated interior.
Great place. Booked last minute. Comfortable and swanky.
Great, cozy hotel for a trip to Rome. Good accessibility by public transport, very large and delicious buffet and clean rooms. If desired, a different coffee specialty than normal coffee is served at breakfast. The wifi worked perfectly. The only criticism is the very expensive bar, which usually also seems to be less frequented.
Nice location, close to couple attractions. Avoid Room 106, below this room is where they load and unload laundry and garbage 2 to 3am in the morning. If possible get a room that is not facing any street.Very friendly and helpful staff. They deserve a 5 star rating
The hotel was very charming and clean, and we enjoyed our stay.
The place is in the centre of the city. Looks a little old, but the service is good.
Not bad. What I liked most certainly breakfast that does not lack anything and is all very rich. The usher who was on nights very nice and very friendly. The receptionists and waiters at times. The room was fine, a bit small and being on the top floor it was very hot so you had to sleep with the air conditioning ... Apart from that it is pretty good in general.
Beautiful hotel. Great breakfast. Helpful staff. Great Internet in rooms. Only downside a matter with hot water. 1st room didn't have any and the 2nd room they proactively changed us to reached moderate hot water.
A little retro but the grace and professionalism are at home
The lobby is nice, but the rooms aren't. Too cramped and unclean bathroom. Breakfast not up to star hotel standards
Not what expected four a four star hotel. Quirky with a certain charm that would phase mist Americans. Staff all friendly and helpful. Room very clean and serviced well daily. Located quite close to tourist sites. It did the job for a few days but wdnt want to stay longer. Generic mediocre breakfast.
Grossly overpriced for room and amenities although service and staff were quite good.
This hotel is most definitely not a 4* even for Rome standards. Very disappointed. We had a very noisy air conditioning unit ..despite being turned off that kept us up all night. Peeling wallpaper, strong sewer smell, lumpy pillows. Very basic! As we felt we needed to complain at 2.30am the hotel offered us a different room the following day which in fairness was better but the staff never once apologised for our lost night. We found the staff to be pretty grumpy. The breakfast is box standard, again not 4* not 3*! Tables are shabby and not laid. Should you have to stay here I recommend asking for a coffee to be made as the help yourself coffee is just brown hot water. The location isn't too bad but a good 15/20min walk to the nearest attraction such as the Spanish steps and 15/20min walk from the train station .You will be charged a 4* hotel tax of 6 per person per night! My advice ....book somewhere worth that.
I stayed with my family for a pleasure trip in this beautiful hotel, what to say! Elegant, functional and clean rooms, very kind staff and willing to satisfy all our needs, excellent and abundant breakfast.
We will certainly come back!

The room was well decorated but small. The shower was a bit cramped but worked well. The air conditioner also worked. Lovely breakfast area and the staff is super friendly. Situated closer to some lovely restaurants.
I stayed 2 nights. Good location, professional staff, easy check-in/out. The hotel is located about 25 min walk to the Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain. There is a couple of good restaurant within walking distance. Train station is 7 min drive (UBER $10 US). The hotel's decoration is nice. Free breakfast was included (continental style). Good rates ($90 US/night). Only minus no soundproof walls.
We decided to take a citybreak in Rome just 2 weeks before so we didn t have many options for a place to stay in a budget. We went to this hotel even though I have read the reviews; at least I knew what to expect.
We got there at 9 in the morning because we had a very early flight. As we would have to leave at 5 am in our last morning there we kindly asked the man at the front desk to let us have breakfast then, as we would not have the breakfast we paid for in the last day. He said we can t do that because the check in is after 2 pm. I explained to him again the situation and the fact that we will eat the same food as we would have eaten th last day, but we got the same rude answer.
It wasn t the first time we had an early flight and asked for breakfast the first day instead of the last day, but it never happened to us to receive a negative answer.
The room is very old, aged and the bathroom looks awfully dated. It was enough for us because we went out from the room early in the morning and came back late at night just to take a shower and to sleep. But I still think it is not ok to trick people into thinking this is a 4 stars hotel. I think this is the worst joke ever!
The breakfast is also a joke! The same salami and pastries everyday. A few boiled tomatoes. No other vegetables.
Bottom line, go to this hotel but know what to expect: a 2 stars hotel, dated and with very rude staff!
Very nice rooms, but of course there are a few quirks here and there like every hotel. These can be seen but only under the magnifying glass. There is also a TV and there are at least 5 channels in German (and other languages) such as Kika, ZDF, ZDF neo. In addition, the breakfast tastes delicious.
The location is good and the staff is really nice. The room is big and comfortable and it was always clean. Breakfast is really good too. Nothing bad to say about it. Totally worth it
Nice hotel and has a breakfast buffet that is very accommodating. The staff is there to do anything for you. I would recommend this Hotel for anyone. The location is also good.
The room was smallish (for the prics), bathroom was awful and the water was coming boiling hot. Couldnt use the gym freely, they made me feel bad about wanting to use it. The bar staff was very nice though
I really liked the Hotel is Magnificent
Very rich decor, restaurant
Everything great made by the chef
Divine cleaning everything ok recommend
Excellent location, very friendly and professional staff, always careful to give directions and suggestions. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast and wide selection of products for all tastes. I always recommend it to my friends who come to visit me in Rome. Thank you so much for your hospitality.
Elegant and clean hotel in a quiet area of the center. Recommended!
Clean and welcoming hotel. Fortunately in the rooms there is carpet. Rooms rather small and essential in the endowment, but comfortable. Frequented by foreigners. not very rich buffet breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Taking into account that it is in the center of Rome, overall it is an advisable place.
Lovely area. Friendly staff. Safe location near American embassy. Near hop on hop off bus. Always welcomed on arriving back from trips
Decent hotel , bfast is good. But not one of the bestss.. take it if you find cheaper prices. Locality wise awesome, and good staff.
I stayed there for work, I must say that rooms and service really leave you breathless. Very abundant breakfast and all the service staff ready to satisfy my every request. Perfect location in the center of Rome. The rooms are cozy and Baroque style. Highly recommended.
Really nice hotel, central to a lot of the sights and friendly staff.
The bathroom is not very clean and the room is a bit neglected. The staff however excellent
The hotel is well located, being close to a number of attractions. The rooms are well sized and attractive - the decor is lovely. However, after returning to the hotel after a long day out, we returned to find a drawer had clearly been rummaged through and some items of clothing had been taken. After informing the staff, they were wholly unhelpful and unapologetic.
Good location, friendly staff, good breakfast too ... a little cramped rooms ("heavy" furniture)
Quality both the services and the breakfast. Not too expensive. The classic style rooms are the cross and delight of the hotel
Rooms need upgrade. Staff helpful. Like the location.
The room is small but comfortable and the best thing is the location you can walk to all the places of interest, the buffet breakfast is very complete. Very kind everyone. Recommendable!!!
I state that I was on a business trip and the hotel booked by the company certainly at discounted prices. I was assigned a small room overlooking the internal atrium. I didn't like the absence of a desk, and I didn't have the chance to work on the PC comfortably. In the bathroom there was an annoying smell of smoke. Mattress too rigid for my taste. Great location very close to the center (in 10 min walk you get to Piazza di Spagna) Good breakfast
Lovely Hotel.Staff very friendly and helpful.only 20 minute walk for city centre.
Simple things missing:
1st got told there is a balcony--> no balcony
2nd got told there is spa --> no spa
Last I can get an iron because of "security measures"
Very good ... close to everything, everything a +/- 2.0 km
A hotel in the style of Rome ... unique ... exceptional
Luxurious rooms although of a kitsch taste. Friendly staff, free wi-fi. Good prices considering the location within walking distance of the center
Nice hotel , very welcoming staff . Would recommend if visiting Rome . Also breakfast is buffet style , plenty of choice and good food .
Great hotel to stay at, comfortable bed, good food and the scenery of Sorrento is great
Good 5 star hotel with exceptionally helpful staff. I would definitely stay at the Veneto Palace again.
fantastic clean hotel in very quiet area we found ourselves really well and when we return to Rome it will be an immense pleasure to return to this hotel .. the staff is very kind !! then if in the reception there will be Mr. DANIELE to welcome you, you will find a fantastic and kind person who will surely show you how to move in the best way in the city! It is rare to find so much competence in customer service! grazieeeeeeeeeeeee of heart ... as for the breakfast is really abundant and satisfying !! in short we had a great time in this hotel thanks again to all from Marco and jennifer
Very friendly staff and always ready to help! Both our room and the common areas were bright, impeccable cleanliness as well as the quality and variety of products offered for breakfast! I recommend it without a shadow of a doubt!
A completely okay hotel, original rooms in old fashioned style. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good, but one had expected more considering that the hotel has four stars .. The AC in the room didn't work, but we had the window open.
All attractions are within walking distance, the Vatican does not take long at all to go to, the same applies to the Coliseum mm. You really don't have to take taxis. The hotel is within walking distance of the Termini train station.
Please visit the park borghese park which is very close, it is absolutely beautiful.
And take the little restaurants on the small streets, they are more often nicer and have better food.
Very small. You will literally live out of your suitcase. Decent location
A quiet quiet street 10-15 min walk from the center. I didn't like his breakfast. The rooms were clean but the air conditioner was sounding. Overall the hotel was clean. It is preferable as it is suitable for the price.
Clean rooms, nice staff and good and plentiful breakfast
Lovely looking hotel, very friendly staff, beautifully clean rooms. Can't wait to return
