It is by far the best (with the same stars) of the hotels we have stayed in Madrid. In the center of the Madrid of the big names. Unique hotel in the name that distinguishes it. Beautiful, sober, with attention to every detail. Service obviously impeccable. Beautiful breakfast in the winter garden. The Ramon Freixa restaurant deserves a comment (positive).
Room Tip: The soundproofing is excellent. We had a room facing the inner garden.

An urban oasis - lovely hotel in a gorgeous shopping area with easy access to all the sites and galleries of Madrid. Excellent service - staff were incredibly helpful. Great breakfast too.

It pretends to be something it is not. The acoustics of the room is terrible, the noises of the ground floor are heard loudly. The curtains do not close completely and are semi transparent so be summer you have daylight in the room from 530am.

The service is excellent and we cannot expect less from a 5 star hotel!

The rooms are clean but not as quiet (soundproof) as mentioned on their website. Some small details make me also think that the stars of an hotel really depend on the country. By that I mean, we had some small issues (dealt super quickly by the staff) but that shouldn't take place in a 5 star hotel.

Anyway, I highly recommend this hotel due to its location, its professional staff and the service provided.

By the way, the breakfast is excellent! :)

Location, location, location in the swankiest part of town in the middle of shopping and dinning. I enjoyed the most sunset and night walks along the district. The beds in this hotel are among the best I have tried, I melt like butter and passed out for 12 hours. Great fluffy pillows not too low and not too big. Underground ballet parking a plus! Great service! Thank you I will be back!

The only complaint I have is the ineffiency of the " call waiter " service in the sitting rooms . I suggest the installation of an honestly bar which many similar hotel chains of this size / type use. The bar service in late evening is particularly bad when the staff numbers are reduced . Otherwise the hotel met our expectations.

We made a reservation for brunch on Mother's Day. With three children under 10 years old, they confirmed that since they had no price for children, they would charge us only for two. When presenting the account they charged us full price for the 3 children. It was not agreed and still argued.

Today we have breakfast being aware that it is a 5-star hotel and that of course it would not cost a coffee and a toast the same as in the bar or cafeteria on the same street. However, we have been very disappointed as well as negatively surprised. As I say, we have ordered 2 coffees with milk and two tomato and oil toast with ham. The ham was the only thing that was not bad since the rest, the cafeteria of any neighborhood serve you better, with more quantity and more quality. The two warm, cold coffees, 0 foam, come on, duller than a machine coffee, yes, for the modest price of 13.20. The correct toasts (2 slices of a loaf of bread), tomato without more ..., and the ham is the only thing that could be said that it was good ... but come on, for two people the ham came in a small plate of dessert, so imagine the amount 17.60, in total 30.80 which in any cafeteria costs you 6 in total and with more.
In short, it does not bother me to have paid 5 times more, if the product that they have served us was up to the price. It is 5 stars and you pay for the service, but in this case, that a coffee that costs you 6.60 is served cold and without foam does not justify any quality of said service. I do not enter the toast.
Of course, living up to the name, it will be the "Only" time I pass by. Clarify that at least the staff has been very polite, but already.

One of the best hotels in Madrid. It is a boutique hotel with beautiful facilities in a 21st century palace that still retains the original floor that is a spectacle for the eyes. It has two rooms where you can enjoy company while you have a drink or picas something like in the garden, which hides in the back that will not leave you idifferent. A wonderful small boutique hotel with all the amenities of a large property. Staff was very attentive and the facilities very luxurious. The location is in the middle of the shopping district. Tons of nice restaurants in the immediate area.

Unique as its name. Just perfect. It is a modern hotel with a careful attention. The breakfasts are a real wonder. I go every year and it is still at the best level in Madrid.

As always very good everything. Only one detail to improve, I booked online and when I arrived they wanted to give me a table inside. The cool part of the place for the brunch is on the terrace side. They should specify in which part the reservation is being made, on the terrace or inside.

I was at the hotel for a private event a few weeks ago and the experience was very good. The hotel is beautiful, very stylish and quiet. The very complete catering and the unbeatable service, especially the reception manager who took great care of us at all times.
