I can only say that this hotel is fabulous! The very kind staff, the fantastic lounge bar and the very comfortable and tastefully furnished rooms! Breakfast is delicious! They have a private transfer service with driver both to pick you up at the airport as well as to make sightseeing trips to Madrid and get back: great price and very comfortable.

One of the best boutique hotels I've stayed in anywhere in Europe. In an excellent area (Serrano), cool comfortable rooms and great service. There is also a 2 Michelin star restaurant in the hotel. Five stars.
