Well equipped rooms, with a colonial feel but standard of cleanliness very poor. Dirty washroom in Room no. 408 was cleaned after 4 requests. One at guest service, one to a lady in white uniform on the floor, and one to Ms. Neha were futile. Finally Ankit who was shown the filth got it cleaned. Linen should be better. Not putting the w. c. photos ( highly repulsive ). Card key in 408 and 409 didn't work most of the time.

Pretty OK. Rooms have been extra loaded with furniture which makes them look cramped. Service staff at the restaurant is clueless of what is happening. Be sure of checking freshness and expiry dates on the food items served.

Ambience is very good, candle light dinner experience. Good place to just chill with your family and friends! Food quality is also good except for one dish "stuffed mushroom" which I did not like at all.

Good ambience, good taste but the bad review is for the service of the Mint Leaf restaurant. This again is not for the staff they do a good job. But the managers. When something is agreed and spoken about before how can the managers change the terms later. We had to spend some time in the cafeteria during the day and had agreed to the hotel conditions of mininum order to occupy the table (not that it was full anyways). Then the manager tells that the GM is not allowing and each person has to eat the buffet of pay a bill of 750 rupees per head! AFTER AGREEING TO ALA CARTE BEFORE. On top of that this manager says that the GM won't speak to me because he is the GM. Sorry but if this is the way you treat customers, I better look at some other options. This was the last visit Tuli.

Good ambience, great food
But there was a bitter experience today
My child was sleeping and we were having lunch in the common area (none of the other guests were present in the common area), I had ordered some pastries, they served it nicely
But after serving one of the rude manager came and told us that we cannot have food here, and even after we said sorry for that, he kept on saying that we cannot have food there
We asked if we should shift from here to the restaurant? He said that we can have the food but it's not allowed, I respect their rules but a hotel with such great reputation must always make sure that the guests are comfortable, after all rules are made for making sure that the guests are comfortable. They should understand that we were having lunch here only because the little one was sleeping, else we would have opted for Mint Leaf (their buffet zone). They didn't even care to provide a small blanket even after asking them like 3 to 4 times, what kind of 4 star hotel does that? Hotels are made for the comfort of the guests not for having them to go through such petty experiences, really sad on their part to do this
I am a frequent visitor of Tuli but because of this incident I might not host any further parties here
