Good rooms (somewhat dark at night), very attentive staff, the building is a pastiche as I have seen few, its terrace mediocre pool and its reasonable breakfast. I recommend not eating in their pretentious restaurant, expensive and bad. Good location, close to the Batik Market and the Great Mosque. The city does not have any special tribute.

2 nights in a junior suite, October 2016. The room is spacious, equipped with bathtube and free minibar. Breakfast is quite good, only taste correction needs to be improved. I get a very salty taste of chicken opor at breakfast.

This hotel is strategically located in downtown Surakarta with the more modern part of town known as Solo. The sights are easy to reach with a Beca. The hotel has been extensively renovated and is rightly rated as a 5 star hotel. The hotel in the color scheme is very dark. However, there are many artifacts from ancient times to admire. Unfortunately, the corona situation meant that the hotel had very few guests, which of course severely affected the atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast and meals were very good but also a bit limited because of the corona situation. On our next visit - when the Corona situation has disappeared - we will choose the hotel again

The decorations and location were 5 stars but everything other than that is just sad. We ordered two rooms and their bed was very hard, I even felt a spring popping at the middle, found blood drops on my pillow case, the sink was clogged at my other room, and their chair broke down as we sat on it. We asked to borrow plates and was charged 20,000rp, then we asked for bottled water, with an original price of about 2,000 rp, they charged 10,000rp for each.
The service is good, and the place is clean, and the staff are very friendly.

This hotel really has strategic location, it just take 5 minutes walk to pasar klewer and culinary spot (such as: tengkleng, culinary night market,)
The room have large space, I choose twin bed superior executive. There is space for sofa and tv. I find a cigarettes mark at sofa and feel itchy when too long sit, so I suggests, if you want want sleep at sofa cover it with blanket.
Over all, I recommended this hotel :)
