Hotel The Claridges Review

This is one of the most beautiful hotels in Delhi. This hotel has some luxurious facilities and atmosphere which most of the hotels in delhi lacks to have. This hotel is located on Dr APJ ABDUL KALAM ROAD.

Great location, great food choices, we were upgraded to an amazing room, pool was a little cold, but the steam room was perfect! Loved our stay here, we would stay again.

Great place.Attended a conference here.Food was excellent and the ambience is well maintained.Could spot a few politicians in this hotel as this is located close to the PM office.Overall great experience

Unaccommodating staff when we arrived. Lots of discrepancies between our reservations versus what we actually received - they gave us two twin beds instead of the king beds we requested, and this was for three rooms. Our reservations should have included breakfast, but they would not provide it and made us pay extra. They lied and said the king beds weren't available, but then the manager came and said they had upgraded is to twin beds with a larger room. When we saw the rooms, it was not larger. Also the too had a dirty bath tub, and did not include amenities for two people, just one. Overall, for the price of this hotel, would definitely not recommend.

Very happening place.. well trained staff.. good food decent rooms.. must visit

Superb hotel in a great location. Felt safe walking around. A lovely surprise from Nikhil Yadav who arranged a bouquet of flowers and a cake to be placed in our room when he found out it was our silver wedding. The whole staff were so friendly and attentive. It's very close to the Gandhi Smriti which is worth a visit. And don't miss the massive bat's flocking over the pool at dusk. What a wonderful start to our trip.

Clean with very good food. But can afford this only when you are on Company Expenditure..

As this hotel didn't fulfill it's promised services... Mentioned in the membership offers. Whole year gone we could not get room booking and spa booking...Leading to non use of even dinner and coffee coupons
Inspite of showing room availability on internet it always denied room to its members. Very bad experience of taking membership here. Though we wrote mails to them but of no use.

It's a very nice and beautiful place if I may say so myself. The staff is extremely helpful and this being my first hotel stay in India. I must say that I'm impressed!

Food was just fine and the area seemed to be meager. Could have been more spacious. Location was fine and easily accessible for sure.

It is very good place but if you go in the dhaba restaurant the food is served very late

Great ambience and food. Good place to have national workshop and meetings.

A clean and well maintained property. Good food. Just some issue with TV card, hope they attended to it. Another issue with all hotels is use of poly fibre rajai /sheet which feels too hot later.

Went to their restaurant Sevilla. Wonderful ambience and food. Recommended for a romantic evening out.

British type architecture with good welcome and definitely tasty food

Visited their pastry shop. Very good service and quality. Recommend their corn pudding.

It's located in one of the best area of New Delhi... Has excellent restaurants you must try them...

Property at prime location, unfortunately didn't witness the staff competency. Very slow service and care free attitude. Rest the property is good, though the rooms are old and amenities are not upto the mark.

I had been there some time ago already French or Belgians refrain you really nice passable lobby but there is better for a 5 * hotel no possibility of recovering your room slightly before then 5 * hotels or palace that I generally reserve do it brief room too old need change a refurbish not nice to have info for Agraa the Taj a real GALERE

Excellent bakery. After 1930 they slash the prices by 50 percent

Worst experience!Never ever book this hotel,it s just a loss of money.
The staff over here is not at all cooperative they don t know how to talk with there guests.They are so unprofessional.
This hotel just look good from outside but it s service is even worst than a 3rd graded lodge.

Spanish and Italian food was just wonderful at Sevilla by Claridges. I also tried food at Dhaba by Claridges, even that was brilliantly cooked. Just loved the experience I had at The Claridges. Would definitely love to visit again.
