Awesome place, with a perfect location, just a few steps front your bedroom door to the mountain lifts.
Wonderful place to vacay. The scenery is beautiful. Rooms are really clean. Excellent housekeeping service. Managers very polite, professional and caring. I will come back.
Beautiful hotel. In the Teton village. The kitchen in unit is awesome.
Not clean. Loud at night. Small rooms. Extremely inexperienced staff. Concierge would respond 4-8 hours later for a reservation request. We were late for flight because they forgot our skis and had to find them so we could leave. No one to help with luggage when leaving while elevator was broken. If they weren t ski in they would be out of business.
As first time visitors to Jackson Hole, we ended up making the right decision to stay in Teton Village. Plenty of dining options and the grounds were exceptionally kept. The service we received from Hotel Terra Jackson Hole was top notch - they went above and beyond with every little request. They make you feel like you re the most important guests staying on the property. Our studio room was nice; the fireplace, balcony, and full kitchen were easily the highlights. The only reason I am giving 4/5 stars is because the walls were very thin. We could hear every word of the conversation in the room next to us, which happened at 5am our first two mornings we were there. For the price of lodging, you should not have to deal with that. Overall, that didn t ruin our experience and we wouldn t hesitate to recommend staying at HTJH. Service was excellent and we truly enjoyed our stay.
Stunning hotel in an excellent location. We booked a junior suite and were kindly upgraded to a one-bedroom. The experience was phenomenal. Clean, elegant spaces. Well-designed. Very comfortable for our family of 4. We will definitely return and bring friends! Absolutely loved it!
The hotel is a very long way out like 25 minutes or 20 miles from Jackson hole. However it's in a beautiful location. The room was 600 a night and had a half broken Murphy bed. The bed was incredibly loud and rolled you to the middle. The pillows fell off the back of the bed every night. I had to cover a bolt with a sock to keep my wife from cutting her leg. It did have a nice kitchen with a fridge, stove and oven, microwave and a dishwasher. It also had a nice balcony and a fireplace. If it weren't for the murphy bed and the maid service we would have given it a higher rating. We were told we would get maid service every other day. We didn't get service the entire time we were there. If the room would have had a decent bed it wouldn't have been so bad but the Murphy bed killed it. I'm giving it two stars because of the bed and no maid service after being told we would get service every other day. The outside of the hotel is nice The room was nice outside of the bed and there was no room to move in there once the bed was down. One last thing The parking is miserable there we rode around for 10 to 15 minutes every night looking for a parking place there's three hotels and a restaurant right there together so plan on that. I was just told once we are back at home that there is additional parking with a shuttle. This is the first we were told of the additional parking. Hopefully this helps you. I wish we would have known. It would have been helpful.
Nice location and clean updated rooms with nice jetted tub. Only catches were room servicing needs more attention to detail and check your credit cards when you check out! I was charged $783 in error on the day of checkout! I only caught it by getting a notification from my credit card and the front desk said it was their mistake.
I would have liked to give more stars to this place. We were here for some skiing and the location was perfect and the hotel was very nice and well kept. However, it was one issue after the next. Sink leaked, hair dryer was broken, elevator broke, and then the hot water went out after a long day of skiing. With that being said the hotel did comp us a free meal and the staff was very helpful. I hope this was a onetime series of unfortunate events because otherwise the hotel was wonderful
