For starters, it conveys nothing, neither kindness, nor good service, nor a cozy atmosphere, the room had quite dusty floor. The hotel is offered with heated pool and spa, but they started with works in the pool from the day we arrived, the room was above (overlooking the sea) through which all the dust entered and you could not go out to the terrace since from 8:30 in the morning they woke us up with the noise of the work. We commented on the discomfort at the reception and if they gave us any solution and they had no information about the breakdown or what the repair would last, the next morning the whole floor was up ... so it didn't seem to be resolved shortly. We went back to reception and the solution was to move from the 2nd to the 4th floor, as if the same dust and noise would not arrive on the 4th. We were 4 nights with the inconvenience and noise, dust, etc. and of course unable to enjoy the spa or the pool. When we left we commented again because we were paying for a room with characteristics and services that were not fulfilled, the staff could not do anything and their manager (with whom we had trouble talking) told us that it was a fault and that they knew nothing, nor could they do anything ... and remembered the change of plant as if it were a real solution, A HAIR TAKE ... They had not the slightest gesture of customer service, much less empathy with the circumstance It was an unforeseen event and they just "washed their hands." In general, "unfriendly" customer service (the receptionists lowered their heads to avoid greeting, when passing) and disproportionate prices, to end up being a hotel that does not respond to its insufficiency. Hyper expensive parking and does not depend on the hotel.

The location of the hotel is very excellent. The human team that is part of the hotel, from my entrance, spends my exit very attentive and professional. (I wish they continue like this please).

They are very strict with the security parameters of the covid19.

The hotel, room, facilities, services such as swimming pool, .. generally excellent.

The buffet breakfast, really good, variety of food, quality, ... and very severe with covid19.

The truth is I can say little about the hotel, because it is not the first time, nor will it be the last.

I want you to follow the direction, personal, ... and thank you all for the attention you have had with me.

One of the hotels with the best location in Alicante. Ideal to come as a family, with your partner or with friends to spend an unforgettable vacation. It has a very nice beach right next to the hotel, it is very close to the. Train station and the center of the city. Totally recommended to spend a few days of rest in this beautiful city.

Stayed here more than once, this is a really nice hotel. If you book your room on the seaside, you will have a stunning view, especially also in the evening. Breakfast buffet was included, which is also very nice and also from here you have a very nice view over the sea. I can surely recommend this hotel although some rooms are a bit old fashioned, but okay.

Suites had excellent view and very central location. Service was quite good, our shower didn't work, so repair man came quite soon and fixed it. Sauna was good, but gym was poor, should be places separately with sanarium. Breakfast was very good with a view. Helpful staff. Price was quite high compared to the quality so that's the reason 4 stars, otherwise 5 star.

Excellent, being in the port is like being in the middle of the sea. I've spent the whole weekend on the terrace. Total relaxation

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We didn't have breakfast there, but it looked like a nice buffet spread. (Breakfast is 13 Euro). We had a handicap accessible room on the first floor facing the the marina. It was simple, but clean. It had an open shower with no tub. At that level You can only see the tips of the masts of the boats, so no view, but the patio was nice to sit on and people watch. We didn't pay for spa/pool access either, so I can't comment on that. The hotel is in a good location with an easy walk to the beach. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Alicante. (The picture I've included is the view from our room.)

The rooms with views of the Marina are very noisy, the discos and terraces in front do not stop until 06:00, impossible to sleep with the window open.

Good hotel in a great location. Recommend paying extra for a sea view room to avoid getting music from the discotec blasted to your room all night.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Alicante. Close to city center and beach. Pool and great views over the Mediterranean. Nice operation. Definitely worth a visit.

The staff is nice, but I m very disappointed with the room; if you book a Premium room with sea view, the view will be mostly walls of the building and just a little of the sea.

Family stayed at the hotel so I visited them good rooms nice and clean hotel foyer very clean.Hotel full but not noisy. Good views of the sea or the mariner.

Work trip. Nice views at least from my top floor room with a corner balcony facing the sea. Breakfast had lots of various local and not so local things to have. Apparently the air con didn't work in my room, but at this time of the year it didn't matter much. Friendly staff.

The hotel is nice and the rooms very comfortable, the bed is very comfortable and it was noticed that it was newly renovated, good service. Except the spa that is a disaster as much attention as the facilities. A big mistake of the hotel is not having a place where you can take a shower and change if you want to take advantage of the last day of the beach. As for the dinner that includes half board is very good quality and quantity and the staff is charming, unlike the breakfast that the room is quite small for the capacity of the hotel and with little variety, quite chaotic.

In general very well, but it does not deserve to be called Spa. In the room, very well renovated, came the smell of snuff from somewhere. In any case, very well located with good services except for the Spa, completely non-existent.

We had a room not quite representative of the photos on the site. Big disappointment only the breakfast was faithful to those who were expected

The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean. My waiter didn't know what a latte macchiato is - so he just followed my instructions to make my coffee on order.

An excellent hotel, a lovely location with the beach and coastline on one side and the harbour/marina on the other. The rooms have recently been refurbished and are very modern. The hotel staff are very helpful and very friendly, highly recommend!

The reception hall was very welcoming, bright and clean. The reception staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, well equipped and clean with fantastic views over the bay.
