We visited the Sachet stube part of the Sachet hotel complex midday on the 6th of September. We was immediately seat by a friendly waiter. This is a small part of the hotel but it had what we wanted the Famed Sacher Torte. Well our food and coffee was perfect, though on the pricy side. Great from the only waiter. Note due to the small size of the stube there was constantly tourists trying to get in, due to being sent from the bigger cafe next door. I was a nice experience, highly recommended.

Very nice hotel and nice location. The rooms are extremely well decorated and I am delighted to have had the opportunity to enjoy this establishment with its magnificent paintings. Careful staff ready to do anything to satisfy you with great professionalism and discretion. A real quality know-how which is a reference as it is natural here. Very appreciable, the Sacher chocolate cake which is refined and delicious.

Cool. I would recommend. You must try not to regret it. A mandatory point of Vienna. You must appear there.

Very friendly atmosphere. Since it's fairly old, the cheaper rooms are not very spacious compared to modern hotels. But the atmosphere, the friendly staff and the amount of history which took place in The Sacher makes it a place you want to come back to.

Stayed during our honeymoon and had a perfect experience! Of course have the torte while you're there, and the concierge will find you tickets and transport to all Vienna has to offer. We'll definitely return for a second honeymoon!

It is the hotel Sacher of Sathardte known without saying.
There were a few lines, but they were immediately informed that the store staff were busy in the red-tone atmosphere, but without having to wait in particular, even if there were children, they entered without problems.

The cake itself was deliciously enjoyed.

With my wife we had a pleasant week trip, but unfortunately the staff is superficial and not really happy with their job, you can tell ...

All very nice, but expensive and service overwhelmed by so many people

Waiters are not kind in the same way with all customers. The Sacher cake is good, but not worth 7,10 each slice!

We went for a breakfast and it was just great as expected

Too expensive for what it is, you have to keep queue for a long time to have a regular coffee and a piece of rough and dry cake, then they give you a stick to the wallet you hallucinate, the owner has merit what he has managed to earn with so little, what it has become fashionable.

Doesn't need any big words: the famous Sachertorte is a "must have" when visiting Vienna. The Sachertorte is also available to take away in the shop next door. There may be waiting times in the coffee of the Hotel Sacher.

We were very excited to try the "OG" Sachertorte but quite disappointed in the end. It was dry, overpriced, and the service was quite poor.

Their service is legendary and the newly decorated Sacher Eck (upstairs!)is definitely worth a visit

Too formal for my taste, but it's almost an obligatory stop, impossible not to taste the original Sacher in Vienna. Definitely high price, but this cake was born here and congratulations to the Viennese for having made it so important, almost a symbol of Vienna and Austria. Let's take as an example from them, in Italy we have hundreds of unique products in the world and we are also able to make them cheat by others.

For those who like Nanni Moretti is the temple of the most famous chocolate cake of Italy. Sacher is a seal that goes beyond the simple name, a way of life, a common sense, something good. We have found queues and crowding out, in an atmosphere of times. A must-see destination in Vienna.

The queue to enter and taste the only original Sacher is absolutely worth it ...

Delicious and great. Sometimes you have to wait outside for up to 15 minutes if you come spontaneously.

Sacher cake with whipped cream as per tradition really good, price proportionate to the name.

I went to eat the traditional sacher. as it is expected, it was a quite long line, about 30 minutes. the place and the service was good but I was expecting more from the sacher cake.

Delicious signature cake, strudel and coffee. It s a big turn to get to this cafe. I advise you to book a table!

The service was fantastic. However, I really didn't enjoy the cake. I thought it was far too sweet, and there's better cakes available in Vienna for cheaper. I would give this a pass on the Sacher Torte, but try something else there next time instead.

Expensive. Nice surroundings but bad value for money. Lots of free tables inside but long queue of people waiting outside in the searing sun. It was ridiculous.

We went there only to taste the famous Sacher torte, which very rich in taste and in consistency.

A must visit place for a slice of Sacher. However, I think their tea is very good but coffee is very normal. If you want a cup of something to go with the cake, choose tea instead of coffee is a better way.

Easily reachable, in the centre of the city; kind and extremely professional staff, in a classical luxury context. The original Sacher is famous for a reason: it's delicious

Location very welcoming, shame about the long queue outside to enter. The sacher cake is excellent.

Downstairs, there was a sound of decoration from 8:00 in the morning. I was no longer asleep after being quarreled. I thought that such a good hotel had at least one reminder before, or arranged the decoration in the afternoon. I hope to improve. Nothing else to say. Service attitude is the best hotel ever.

It is worth visiting the building and the bakery. There is a huge queue to consume in the cafeteria. You can find the same cake in other parts of the city or at a better price

The only place where you can get The Original Sacher Torte in the world, and it surely is worth the price.
A bit expensive, but for what you are getting it s totally worth.

Huge queues in front of the cafes, which is why I recommend booking a table in advance. Friendly service and good food, although a bit funny, that most of the dishes on the menu start with the words Original Sacher

Nice staff and the coffee and cake really very good

We had breakfast in front of the opera and breakfast was not bad. If you do not want to spend much with the breakfast of 9, enter the basket of croissants and breads with butters and jams and coffee or tea.
I have to say that it was not the best sacher pie I had in Vienna, but it's worth trying.

There was the best doorman in the world.

The unpretentious smile was great.
The impression of one doorman becomes the impression of WIEN
It remained in our memory.

Were here to eat the famous Sacher Cake. The prices were definitely too high, but the cake itself was good.
