I reached out over a month ago and made numerous attempts with no response. When I did get a response, the comments were made to check back closer to the check in date. You now tell me that I cannot have a refund but will graciously allow me to change my reservation as long as I decide in the next 6 hours when the exact date I am traveling to Europe again is???

Not too bad of a place. Sketchy characters hang out front at night and lots of purse snatching in the area.
Nice hotel on the ramblas. Decent isolation so that not much noise from the street comes through. Entrance of the hotel is a bit hidden though.
We were on the December bridge. Central, comfortable, very nice and with very good facilities. Spectacular treatment by a young and very professional team. It is one of the best hotels I've stayed in and if I can I come back for sure.

Really nice central hotel, good breakfast and great location
It is located in the center, next to the wine area. The very large room. Everything very new and careful to the last detail. You have several types of pillows to choose from. The bed is very comfortable and huge. It has a large TV too. Supercomplete breakfast and until 11:30 on the weekend. The spa is not very big, but it's great. You can go as many times as you want while you are staying. The staff is very attentive and kind. Recommended to reserve parking since there are not many places and in the area you can not park.

The service is friendly as well as the facilities. However, the rooms do not have double glazing and for a very busy night street would be needed. The breakfast is very little varied so there is no care to make the replacement. An hour before the end of the period, customers were limited to the rest. It has no category for four stars and I rate it with 5.5 points.

The suite is medium in size, room cleanliness was satisfactory and daily housekeeping is always in accordance. Clean decor with current furniture, without excesses. Comfortable bed and reasonable sleep quality due to a little noise from the street and back square. Good size bathroom and basic chain amenities kit (neat). It has a breakfast option (I did not use this facility), as well as a restaurant in the building.

Very very very poor and bad reception service, The receptionist did not even smile, very bad welcoming and they are biased to some nationalities, The staff don't respect the clients, they only respect and help the locals. Check-in time is 3:00-4:00 pm while checkout time is before 12:00pm. However the people in Barcelona are very nice and kind but this hotel destroy the image of the city.

Gave a room with a view of the wall. On the window slept a bum. Scanty breakfast. Glass door to the toilet. Begin to hum with a vacuum cleaner in the corridors at 7 am. Bad soundproofing.
It is a nice hotel and the location is perfect but there are room for improvements.
The breakfast need to have yoghurt present not just cereal. The need to do something about their keycards that opens the front door and your door to your room. We had to change cards 4 times in 5 days due to malfunctions.
There are a lot of channels on the TV and ALL are in Spanish language. Due to the amount of international guests the have to get a few channels like CNN.
The staff is friendly and the room was very clean

Pleasant rooms
Pros: Excellent location for sightseeing in Barcelona. View to Rambla from the room. The room and bathroom was spacious, clean. Even we had our window to Rambla, there was no street-noise in the room. Sound insulation of the room was excellent. Very nice interior corridor on each floor. The bed was comfy.
Cons: The bathroom has only glass door. There was no extra ventilation in the bathroom (only the general ventilation of the room). There was only a fix shower. We missed the flexible shower. The breakfast was ok, but there was only a narrow choice of dishes, compared with other 4* hotels. There was a permanent sound of the ventilation in the room.
One star refers for its strategic location, other than that its the worst hotel ever. Room service did not clean the bathroom, nor leave water in the room. Reception never answers the phone so we had to go down each time we needed something. They dont even have their own cuisine!!
The reception staff very unhelpful and did not respond to any of our complaints about the cleaning issues.
Dont waste your money on such place.

beautiful hotel in historic Logrono Bell and ancient architecture. bastide top bed king size bed width 2 meters. beautiful and comfortable bedding fluffy pillows. breakfast parfzit varied many choices The only downside too much noise at the beginning of the night midnight at 2 am caused by the doors of the rooms that slam customers not holding their door the hotel should think about solutions for this inconvenience qio a ruined our normal sleep for a hotel of this category and 4-star standard.

Awful experience. Got items including makeup bag stolen from our room by cleaning staff. Management didn't do anything about it. There was no hot water to shower.. It took them hours after we told them. Front desk never picks up the phone, so if you need something you have to go to them. All together a bad experience. Would definitely not recommend.

It was my second stay here but the first one was way more better the back side rooms have an awfull wall view but still the same price with the front rooms. Ask for a front room.

Extremely expensive for what you get at this hotel. The bed was horrible! The service is poor or non existent. The front desk personnel is zero friendly or helpful. The hotel in general smells bad, maybe because is next door to a restaurant but it seems maintanace is not available. I ll avoid it in the future for sure.
Location is good and very to the metro station. Requested for king size bed but end up with two beds attached to each other. Breakfast is not worth it so better have your breakfast outside.

Hotel is great, it is in the center but it is very quiet without ring road, close to the park that is in the path Del Rio, great for exercising or taking a walk, and then give yourself a Turkish bath or a sauna, friendly people
