This hotel was absolutely amazing. From check in to check out the staff was excrement helpful and pleasant. At check in I was informed that we had been upgraded because it was mine and my husbands anniversary, and they even gave us special snacks in the room to help us celebrate as well. There is a secure storage room where you can put your luggage before check in and after check out while you walk the city. There is a bus stop directly outside the hotel, and an entrance to the subway station is basically across the street. Our room was beautiful, and I kept telling my husband I felt like we were staying at a museum because of all the wonderful paintings and artwork there. I can not recommend this hotel enough, when we come back to Rome we will definitely be staying again!
I have stayed in this hotel 5 times and would never want to stay anywhere else. Great location near a metro and the Termini. Staff are excellent. Good little bar and elegant lounge. A great variety of rooms but all up to the same high standard. If I can't get a room the next time I want to go because you've all booked in off the back of this review then I'll be furious!
The hotel has seen some glory in the past but it is in need of some renovation. The setting is charming and inviting, with a nice garden. Staff is friendly. The room was big and the bed comfortable. The bathroom however was a bit of a disaster. There were few broken tiles, the shower head was leaking, the shower mat in need of a replace, overall in urgent need of work.
Attached to Rome's Opera House Opera House via direct passage The Hotel Quirinale is an elegant 4-star hotel located in the heart of Rome. A quick walk from Roma Termini and offering bus stops directly out front almost no part of The Eternal City takes more than 30 minutes from door-to-door. Aged, but well maintained, guests can expect all the necessities and fluid check-in, while English-fluent staff accessible via E-mail are extremely helpful with booking restaurants even a month in advance. Obviously not The Four Seasons, but under 80 a night, one would be hard-pressed to find a bettter bargain for strong Wi-Fi, 24/7 Fitness Center and complimentary Breakfast.
The three stars are mainly because of the location which is excellent and also the somewhat antique decorations.
Otherwise the hotel has not been at all updated since time of construction. It has a touch of the 60s or early 70s.
The breakfast is poor and with no variation whatsoever from one day to another.
Very well located hotel, amazing staff, big rooms and very spacious, nice inside patio, the breakfast buffee is of high quality and really worth it. Interesting hotel to consider also for events as has multiple rooms with daylight. Totally recommend it
Hotel Quirinale was the first hotel we stayed at during our honeymoon in November 2019. It was a wonderful stay. The hotel was located in a wonderful part of town. It felt very safe and was very well light, always busy and had many stores and restaurant options. The hotel had a very Italy feel which was fun for us since it was our first visit. We loved the character of this hotel. All the furniture seemed to tell a story and had so much character. Out of all our hotels, the staff at this one seems the most hands off/cold. They kept to themselves but that was fine. Our room was nice and clean. The bed was not the most comfortable and we did not seem to have control over the air. We opened the windows to sleep as it was very hot and had trouble sleeping. The bed was okay- not the most comfortable. But the breakfast was great! Wonderful coffee, bread, pastry, cereal, eggs, beans, meats and cheeses. They had a great patio that over looked a garden. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.
The best part was the location. We walked everywhere. Many nights we would walk across the street for gelato.
Me and my partner stayed here during a weekend break to Rome, and the hotel is so full of character. The rooms have something special to them, and we loved that it was so central because we love walking through cities. It's a wonderful place to stay
