A slightly bumpy start, but the staff handled things perfectly and very professionally. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and look forward to our next visit. Bruges is wonderful too.

With my wife, we often go to Bruges, we love this city that stems our memories, The hotel Prinsehof is our favorite hotel, of course we made some exceptions in 10 years of visit, disappointed we return to the Prinsenhof, the staff is charming, and do not force his kindness, the hotel is quiet and well maintained, very very clean, a hotel like I would like to see more often

Excellent hospitality, impeccable room, full and tasty breakfast. The setting is very charming, intimate and the staff available. I recommend this property without hesitation.

Fantastic luxury hotel situated right in the centre of Brugge. The room and the hotel in general were amazing, and the staff genuinely could not do more to help. Would highly recommend!

A very good hotel that lives up to its stars.
The room is very well soundproofed, the bathroom very nice and very clean with a very large jacuzzi bath.
We enjoyed the fresh fruit offered in the room and the coffee, tea etc.
The breakfast is exceptional. Fresh produce and a variety in the buffet, probably the best breakfast we had at a hotel.
The building is period and the location of the hotel is ideal, quiet and central.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in. Superior rooms surpass the expectation. In bad weather definitely use the bathtub with whirlpool function!

Great hotel wuth a wonderful position near the centre if town. Rooms were very clean with good facilities (Inc. Jacuzzi Baths). Staff were lovely and made the stay very enjoyable.

Cannot fault them! Attention to every detail, friendly & personal staff, delicious breakfast spread, rooms and hotel finishing immaculate, cosy bar which even stocked my favourite gin, short walk from the market place but still as quiet as can be. An excellent stay!

Great hotel. Very clean. Staff are super helpful and friendly. It's located within a few minutes from the old Bruges city in a small alley, not crowded by all the tourists. Rooms a bit small but not surprising in such an old town. Would highly recommend.

Excellent hotel based central, all roads lead to home.

Small little personalizations were what took this hotel to another level altogether - Every night, a small chit was left at the door of all rooms, mentioning the weather forecast of next day! The wifi password is personalized as well, to every guest. Its a pet friendly hotel as well! And on all weekdays there's a 2 hr tour of Brugge with the inhouse guide! Personalizations at their best!!!

Stayed here over New Year for a birthday and celebrations and it was an excellent place to stay the hotel is so friendly! The staff really are so pleasant and accommodating it s great to see. The room was super spacious and nicely decorated, the toilet was separate and a little too small so could do with the wall knocking through to make the bathroom even larger, the hotel itself is ideally located in town with a 5 minute walk to the market square and surrounding by plenty of superb shops and restaurants. Thank you Hotel Prinsenhoff you made my mums birthday even more special!

Elegant, comfortable and plush rooms, great breakfast buffet and super friendly and knowledgeable staff. The jacuzzi in the bath and the turn down service in the evenings were also a luxurious addition!

Bruges is jammed with tourists in late September with the weather being grey, cool and wet. But this hotel was lovely, luxurious and quiet. Except, our room was entered through the parking lot, which was active. Grr.

Superb hotel, great location near the city centre but really quiet too. Really friendly staff and we even got a free bottle of champagne for my birthday! A brilliant place to stay.

The room .... what can I say .... everything was perfect. The bathroom is huge, it's a real pleasure.
The bar terrace is a bit like the rest of the establishment, but it has the merit of existing.
For a future stay in Bruges, we will definitely return to the Prinsenhof.

A superb family hotel in the centre of Bruges. We have been staying here for more than 20 years. Cannot recommend too highly!

What a nice, luxurious and cozy hotel!
In an attractive location, right in the center. By car you drive to the door, where the car is then parked by the staff behind the hotel. Received by friendly staff, always willing to arrange something for you. You feel genuinely hospitable. An attractive room with a spacious luxury bathroom, with great sleep. In the morning an extensive breakfast and cheerful ladies who prepared a delicious fresh cappuccino for me. Or a pancake or waffle for the kids. We will definitely be back!

I can really recommend this hotel, the service was great. The entire staff was friendly and always had a friendly smile ready. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety.
The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the city center and yet quiet. Ideal for taking a siesta at lunchtime when your feet got heavy.
Bruges was a highlight, many sights and the whole thing rounded off with a great hotel, gladly again. THUMBS up

Our second visit to the hotel and it was just as good the second time. Central and really handy for sight seeing.All the staff are warm, helpful and friendly, the hotel is clean and comfortable and the breakfast is spectacular, wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bruges.

Honestly, this hotel has THE style! Top notch luxury boutique hotel in Bruges. The atmosphere of the whole place is soothing, with nice fragrance and music at the background.

We stayed a couple of nights here, and felt just blissfully. The staff is super friendly, room was spacious, impeccable, as well as the bathroom with a bathtub and a shower corner.
Loved their turn down service, and a big variety of food for breakfast. Located only a few minutes to the main square.

we were there for New Year 2 years ago. The location is very central. Unfortunately hardly any parking.
the service was correct, does not correspond to a 4 *** hotel.
the breakfast corresponds to a 3 ** hotel. The hotel has no restaurant and offers no other service.
we were very disappointed, especially since the prices were inadequate (5 * hotel in the area would be cheaper with extensive services).

A beautiful & characterful hotel, with friendly, open and professional staff. Breakfast is a must; reccomending Belgian waffles with cold cuts, fruit and Champagne. We got in the habit of an early run, long breakfast and then a late, late lunch. Situated in the centre enabling short walks to all the sites.

We had an exceptional week at the Prinsenhof. The staff tries very hard to anticipate your needs and this reflects in a lot of small things, that make you feel like you're being taken care of in a personal way. The small weather and news updates in the morning, the fact that the breakfast staff knew our "regular" order by day 2 and got things ready as soon as they saw we had come downstairs to eat, and just the consistent hospitality of everyone we encountered was special to us. Of course the hotel is also well located, so enjoying the city center of Bruges is just a small walk away, but the service is what really elevates this place.

Stayed here for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! The rooms were immaculate and staff were so friendly have helpful.

Small hotel run by Hotel Dukes as an annex Room was smaller than in the photos. There are almost no facilities at the hotel, for that you have to go to hotel Dukes. Next time I will not book here anymore, but in hotel Dukes

In short: The hotel is simply superb.
The staff are very friendly and happy to help with every request. For example:
* We asked them to order a taxi for us to go to a fancy restaurant - and they automatically called the restaurant as soon as the taxi arrived to let them know we're on our way.
* We asked them what train to take to get to the airport on the way back and they printed out a detailed plan with suggested alternate routes and made sure we got all the info we needed.
* When we checked-in (around midnight), they happily helped us with our luggage and refused a tip before leaving the room.
The hotel is centrally located - a taxi to/from the train station was about 9-10 euros, and all the beautiful streets and alleys are close by.
All amnesties were well maintained, including a hot shower with strong stream, a bath tab / jaccuzi, TV, safe, free WiFi, etc.
Each day they left a note with a small chocolate on the bed - the note included a sweet greeting and a weather forecast.

Totally recommended. Very close and very friendly treatment take care of all the details (chocolate bar to wish you good night, welcome fruit, coffee pot of tassimo capsules in the room, make the bed if you nap) as it is a small hotel. Located next from the main square and the shops of Bruges. At breakfast you can ask for certain products such as waffles.
