Super friendly staff! Good food. The rooms still need updating.

Very nice hotel, great concept, rather poor implementation. Bathroom mosaics and sink are cracked, blinds don't quite roll or they fall, hand towels in the lobby bathroom run out already in the morning and are not replaced the whole day etc.
The food is quite good, the staff is very friendly and lively.

Nice hotel. Not too big. Everything was very familiar. Not all brand new, but very nice staff. The diving base is great and the house reef a dream

It is one of the oldest hotels, so there is beautiful greenery. We are here ultra all inclusive, which means that there is a bar at the 24-hour reception, a bar in the evenings by the pools. Through plenty of beach programs, yoga or mini club for kids. Beach nice, clean, close to the beads, as well as beautiful colorful fish. Rooms okay, I clean up every day, sometimes minor air conditioning problems. They come, repair. They care, they are also child friendly. Restaurants nice, clean, delicious meals. It needs to be seen here. Close by is the delfin world, boat trips to Orange Bay Fantastic Island.

A very well maintained hotel under the guidance of a Armenian woman on the beautiful beach of Hurghada. In the sea, many colorful fish swim between coral reefs and at the front desk you are immediately and directly helped in all matters.

Hotel with good food. The entrance to the sea is shallow, sandy. There is a beautiful reef with fish. The rooms are not new, but in good condition. Each room has a safe, plasma and a balcony or loggia
There are 2 bars on the beach.

Untrained, unprofessional staff ( with few exceptions of course)
The way they handle guest's requests or inquiries can be described as rude not even unacceptable

Good hotel, good food, great water and friendly and helpful staff.

I would advise the hotel to prime life for the friendliness of the staff, for the wonderful beach that makes a bay with corals and hundreds of different fish with water at 30 degrees! On the beach there are also some vendors, one of them an artist who draws in the sand, and we can bring for souvenir. To improve, the spectacles of the night!
By now, know that Portugal is in Europe and is a country next to Spain !

The hotel is located in the silent desert, nothing is quiet and calm if you count on peace and quiet it is ok food monotonous but there are plenty of rooms large air conditioning unas worked but already friends do not and could not be helped to repair the general leisure successful

Great place, loved it, very clean, rooms are nice, food is great, the hotel staff did every possible effort to make us enjoy our vacation, will definitely come here again and again!

The hotel does not deserve 5 stars, the food is not varied. Beach by the hotel, but the reefs are not very attractive. Rooms cleaned daily and sheets changed daily. Nice service. Super animators. Being 3 times in Egypt for me the weakest hotel so far.

Super allowed .... we met amazing people and we weren't here last time ... one word BOMBA

A beautiful hotel, great rooms with huge beds, great conditions, good varied food, a powerful reef near the shore, all at 100%

We are here for the fourth time and it is a desire to come back all the time.

Best of all, this hotel has a wonderful seaside, great coral reefs, and a multitude of colorful fish. Not unique. Good, delicious food, the swimming pools didn't really like when the ornamented rooms needed renovation. We really liked it!

We were in it for the winter holidays 10/02/2020 for 14 days zero boredom.

The hotel,food,beach and personel were alright. Just the animation was anoying.

There was 1 restaurant opened, the food was various and delicious
The COVID-19 precautions everywhere, the hand sanitiser everywhere, all the stuff are wearing masks, the food was survived from behind a glass/plastic shield, the sun beds were apart from each other, the room service were wearing surgical gowns. I can t imagine how they re keeping that in this hot weather .
Special thanks to Mr Asem Mohamed from reception, he offered us a nice room, and thanks to Seyam from the restaurant, he was so helpful.
The only drawback is the Air condition in the reception area was closed in the beginning of our stay, for 3 days then it was on in the last 3 days. And it wasn t strong.

Good place for budget accommodation, pool is very nice as well as the bar , food varieties should be more, house keeping stuff should be increased

We asked a triple room, it was very bad
Only one bed, and waiting a lot to send another bed!!

The hotel is completely different from the standard 5 * Old dilapidated and dirty. Drinks are served in reusable plastics. If you want in glass you have to give baksheesh. This one star from me is for clean water in the pool.

Hotel nicely maintained, the food good, but could be more varied. Rooms clean spacious, the staff kind and respectable for some it euro up too. B ezna End of March a little cold water, but it can be bathed For us super

To me, one of the best hotels on Makadi Bay. Lots of spacious rooms and quality service. The disadvantages would include only a modest selection of food.

I can't say its super but the service vary from a person to another food is good but nothing new we stayed six days almost same menu you will enjoy ice cream ,drinks and pizza on the beach and pool
