Hotel Port Aventura Review

I found the hotel very nice, especially the pool area. Friendly reception staff. Large room, bright, clean and with a good bed where it rests very well. Being next to the park, allows immediate access. Good breakfast buffet except for machine juices that are "undrinkable"
We have stayed 3 days and it has been wonderful, both the hotel and the park itself. Without a doubt, I recommend it.

It is very cool, a little maze of rooms, king size bed and very comfortable, overlooking the pool. The bathroom smelled a bit of tubing, and in the middle of summer the price is exorbitant, I always go in June, this time I went in July and it is really expensive. The previous year we stayed at the Gold River, I liked the facilities more but I stay with the theme of the Mediterranean

Hotel Port Aventura very disappointed we were forced to change rooms so it smelled bad and the armchair was moldy the hotel has aged badly and speaking of the buffet that was not good at all we had come there already 4 years at the Caribbean Hotel and we were very happy

Excellent amusement park but to really enjoy the park I advise you to take the fast pass certe is double the price but take 5 minutes to shamballa instead of waiting 2 hours! Yes it's worth it, I priced it, I was able to do some attractions 5 times in a row while some people were still waiting in the queue

We love the whole hotel, the facilities, the service, being next to the park. We repeat year after year.

Check in chaotic no air conditioning in reception and long waits to be told your room won't be ready until 3pm. when Tui get you to the hotel at 10am customer service could be improved as again on check out can't use the breakfast voucher we have paid for as Tui have us checking out at 7.10 am and hotel don't want to know or refund us .ferrari land is rubbish and not worth going into lots of things on the main park close early so if your staying on the park beware some rides won't be open most staff are friendly but a few can't be bothered customer experience is a 4 out of 10 rooms clean and a good size water park on main site good beware of the other water park as they make you stand in the queue until you reach the top then weigh you in public if your over they send you back down even if you're in the queue for over a hour or more . I understand the weight thing but why at the top of the ride not customer freindly at all . Lots of improvements could be made to make this park experience more customer freindly. Big plus is the Manger of the buffet

I love this hotel after staying in it for 10 days but as the days go on there is not much to do besides go into the theme park it is connected to.
The service is great and its employees are nice and easy to talk to.
I would recommend asking for the 9am breakfast as the later breakfast sometimes has cold food.

Are you talking about the pool? Ok, the rooms are comfortable, spacious enough and clean but the main attraction of this hotel is the monumental pool that winds along the buildings!

Great proximity to the park. It has been refurbished in parts and the buffet dinner and breakfast very good. I would need to improve part of the cleaning and mosquitoes in the restaurant.

The location is perfect the buffet in very good and the rooms also. But they offer that you can eat and drink without leaving the pool, at the beach bar, and this is not the case, the beach bar is next door and they do not let you drink or eat nearby, the food at the beach bar outside of lunch time is really bad. and a little more

Needs immediate Refurbishment, hire friendly staff, buy new towels, fix clogged drains, spend some money on hygiene care, no kettle tea coffee complimentary water bottle in the rooms! One star hotel at best!

We stayed one night and slept very well. You do not hear any noise very well insulated the rooms. Double room for a couple and two children of 5 and 10 years, 2 beds of 1.50 a complete bathroom I agreed to a 4 stars television with many channels, refrigerator and safe, air conditioning. Everything very clean and modern and minimalist decoration. Buffet breakfast included with all croissants, Neapolitans, pancakes, cold cuts, milk, coffee, toast, cacaolat we have a breakfast in style. I will repeat moooooooooooooooooooooooooooos

A bit disappointed... not really a 4 stars hotel to me. And the worst was at the moment to buy water... 3.5 a bottle of water it is a joke... otherwise the room is ok and big enough for 2 adults and 1 child (4 years old).

Hi, I was at the hotel in room 1207 on Thursday 12/9 until 9/13 and I left a Garmin clock in the room (in the sink). I had not returned it. Terrible attention. Employees who clean the rooms do not return forgotten items. Very sad, little confidence. Obviously not recommended. Miriam

Great hotel at the gate of the Park .. Paradisiaque

It has positive and negative points, but much to my regret I don't give it a good score.
To begin with, the door to the room that they assigned me barely opened, it was missing 3 in 1. And the bathroom was disastrous, to reform it entirely. The bathtub a danger to enter, high and without any grip, to kill yourself. And to top it off between the wall and the edge was a huge pool of standing water.
The toilet, in the middle of the stay, was a very bad place.
The only thing to highlight is the Buffet del Mar, which for 24 dines very well, and the breakfast is very good too.

The hotel is big, maybe too big because the corridors are endless and quirky. The room was ok but with a small unpleasant smell and the real negative is the soundproofing. It's simple, we hear everything happening in the hallway, with the Spaniards who speak very loudly, it's even worse when they cry after their children ..

Air conditioning only works in summer (dixit reception). I had to park and carry the suitcases 600 meters. Little maintenance There is no cleaning in the corridors. Expensive bar and restaurant. The only good thing ... they are stuck to the parks.

In global x everything: x what we paid (special tickets to the park expensive), in the dining room they place you at 1 table, they serve you the free buffet: there was a lack of juices (peach or tropical), there was no spa nor did they sell tickets to the spa aquum, to The pools close at 8pm because of the covid (you have to go early if you don't get a hammock), the temperature control at the sentry box, info you ask about x places; The downside is that the room was in the 5th pine, we got lost to go to the reception or bathroom from the pool, the internet 1 roll xk you have to register-I was with my data x or go to the reception-be in the queue 1h walk, the rooms for 4 regular people, built-in gels in the bathroom, the space between the bed and the wall is tiny if you don't want to disturb, the drinks inside the resort-park are very expensive, they force you to go outside, you exercise in the resort if you go to the car-go somewhere, the hotel-park cards failed us all

Fantastic accommodation inside the park aventura. Spacious rooms, clean .... in order to quality. Oh and a great breakfast buffer, definitely the best food in the park.

One hour to enter with the car to the hotel parking, another hour to check in, the hotel urgently needs a facelift ...

Hotel a little labyrinth, because our room was in the back of the hotel, well soundproofed, quiet.A good buffet breakfast.

We stayed at the Hotel Port Aventura for one night and were very disappointed with it. Apart from the fact that this one is very close to the park, the rooms are not very clean, my daughter slept on a very uncomfortable sofa bed, the sheets were not very clean, as well as the chipped and rusty bathtub, the Shower wall was full of lime and water marks. While walking in the hallways the maids had left garbage bags with dirty sheets and garbage cans after they had finished their services so it dragged on all night. The pool was not functional even though the weather was good and we could have enjoyed a little swim. The only big positive point is the continental breakfast where you can find all kinds of specialties.
I had previously stayed with my family at the Hotel Caraibes and it catches up with the Port Aventura by far.

I find it incredible that they do not put more exhaustive control in the tails of tractions, people sneak in and reserve a place for the family, and suddenly it will touch you and 16 appear to ride in front of you ... I don't know Reserve place in line are in order of arrival, ashamed by Dr the organization, they would have to learn from other parks like Eurodisney. In order of arrival and no site is reserved, if you want to pass quickly there is a fast pass.

Our weekend in PortAventura started unfortunately when we arrived at the hotel and, after half an hour queue to enter the parking lot, they inform us that it is complete and that we have to park outside the hotel, due to a rally they were celebrating and the which we had not been informed. Despite knowing that the hotel car park was complete, they kept on passing cars that, upon arriving at the door, had to turn around and look for another place to park, like us. After traveling the avenue near the hotel on two occasions, we found a place to park 20 minutes walk from the hotel entrance and we parked on it with the signaling that we were guests of the Hotel PortAventura. Even so, we have been fined and the hotel is not responsible for the fine. We have lost money and, above all, time and energy, waiting in line, looking for parking places, going back to the hotel and going for the car to try to get a place in the parking lot during the night.
In addition, the extra bed in the room is uncomfortable. We had to sleep 3 people in the double bed. The walls are paper, we have heard everything that happened in the rooms next door.

They are very clueless. They always forgot something in the room.
