Hotel Port Aventura Review

Food to be very good free buffet. I treat very friendly, although the relation quality-price excessive. Tb must say that a lot of noise since we were in a passage corridor. Access to the park very comfortable

Checking in I did not like to be given your room at 3pm in the afternoon even if you arrive in the morning. After drinks both the hotel or the park were crystal clear, too exaggerated

All perfect. Very complete breakfast The beds were very big. The hotel is connected to the park and to Ferrari Land. The only thing maybe is that the pool closes at 6 in the afternoon.

Ideal for families. The service of the waiters of the spectacular breakfast. Friendly and effective attentive with the children. The bad thing for saying something the wait for you to give room.

The fantastic location, next to the entrance of the park, the super nice place, to be August we don't feel overwhelmed. It is true that some small details such as toothbrush or shampoo packages are missing in the room. The breakfast very good and how there are several shifts there was no agglomeration.

Terrible and improper organization on New Year's Eve. More than 1 hour of waiting at 00 in the evening for a transfer to the New Year's party. Of course the tired children fell asleep and the whole New Year's party went to waste. Of course, in my life it will happen again.

The hotel is very good, what I did not like is that they do not give meals at the hotel and you have to eat at the restaurants inside the park.

The hotel is old and needs a good renovation. The rooms are comfortable. The variety and quality of the buffet is very good. The staff is very kind and professional. If it were not for the state of the hotel, it would give me 5 stars.

I expected a bit more from the 4 star hotel ...... There were no small details and it could be cleaner, there were flies of that humidity. The pillows on the double bed should be individual not a long ...... the reception staff lovely. I would repeat for price, which went very well.

The queue for dinner was more than an hour, in the middle of winter and outdoors. The animation quality is pretty bad. 5 years ago we were accommodated in the same hotel there is a decrease in the overall quality

Quite acceptable hotel to rest from a long day in the park. The parking lot is quite far from the hotel, although high-end vehicles can park at the door ... The restaurants and cafes are freaked with the prices of drinks and meals at the same level as the park ...

Well the hotel and the park, but bad personalized attention. After booking to spend a night with the corresponding tickets for two days to the park, my wife feels indisposed all night without being able to leave the bathroom, the next morning we decided to leave since she was not like to spend the day for the park, I decide to go to address to ask if I could have those tickets for another day and the answer is that it is impossible, that it is a whole pack and that it can not be divided, that it fills in a sheet of suggestions and that they need a medical and that you will see It is not the answer I expected from a center where at least you will be left between some things and another 400 in just two days. Room well, comfortable bed. Good to rest a little from the park when you are inside.A 4 stars without any amenity in the bathroom (or a shower cap) .Prepare for the queues.For check-in, for dinner, for breakfast.Buffet buffet, focused a lot for Children (pasta, pizza, puppies). If you can afford it, take the pass expressss, inevitable not to live in the queues.

It is worth going.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Large beds, acceptable cleanliness, bathroom with shower and bathtub, television with channels in different languages.
The hotel itself is a normal hotel, the decor is fair but does not need more because the main idea is to be the shortest possible time at the hotel and more in the park.
The reception service leaves a lot to be desired, we arrived on Monday at 6 in the morning (giving prior notice when making the reservation, via email and also by phone so as not to have problems) they did not let us enter the vicinity of the hotel until after 7 : 15 and later at the hotel they didn't let us check-in until 8:00 and to top it off they don't let you enter the room until 3:00 p.m. even if they have it ready. I was very upset that, after telling them about our early arrival in every possible way, and giving me indications that there was no problem, they made me drive around like a fool, having to sleep in the car with my partner to make time.
I recommend the hotel to spend a few days in portaventura, but if you need something out of the ordinary, be careful and do not trust what the receptionists tell you until you are there.

To return ... spacious rooms ... friendly on staff ... total cleanliness ... to repeat

The best the pool. The seats fly. Breakfast is a buffet and is quite complete. Lunch and dinner are 24 / person if you do not have a pension. If you stay to sleep have dinner because there are no more restaurants nearby, you have to go to the city (Salou). Regards.

Quite luxurious hotel clean and comfortable. Well equipped (wifi, gym, treatment room, outdoor pool and jacuzzi closed during our stay). However, it is a standardized place with no real soul. As for meals, the food is good but nothing more. 2 buffets at will morning noon and evening (24 / adult and 12 for children under 12) but nothing Spanish in all this. The focus is on Italy (near the park Ferrari Land obliged!) The breakfast buffet is rich and varied. In the end a stay a bit long compared to what is necessary to take full advantage of Portaventura Park but pleasant enough in the end.

Middle, I prefer the gold river! The restaurant service is very average waiters in general not smiling and breathless, food that can go, very average cleaning.

I think it is getting a bit obsolete and should be renewed or "die", at night there are no performances like in the STEP for example and the environment is boring for children and adults, I will change the Hotel on another occasion

The Park seemed to me the best far away in Spain ... and the hotel. Very nice your breakfast and dinner very good, everything was in abundance. But what I missed for the 4 stars that the hotel has the room did not seem like a hotel with so many, I was not accustomed to that Rating ...

The experience overall was nice, the room was big and cozy and it was sooo big for 2 persons, the only downfall was that we got half-board and you can only eat for breakfast and dinner.

Very nice hotel to extend your stay in Port Aventura. The pool is very large with a nice restaurant next door. The breakfast buffet becomes one-sided after a few days. There is also not much to do in the hotel in the evenings. A nice bar is missing ...

The fitness is unfortunately paying.

I leave horrified and not for being Halloween. Hotel workers have been stolen from us, and from the little data we have we even know who it was. We have the name and we are in the process of reporting. We left our bag in the room, and according to what we are told the room was not made when we claimed it. It was a hotel security to look for him and he returned without 120 euros that were inside. If no one had entered the room, the same "security" of the hotel has taken the money from our purse. An absolute shame. I put a star because I cannot remove it. DO NOT GO !! Only me and my wife know that this is true.

Just returned from a brilliant weeks holiday with family.
Cant fault the hotel and such close proximity to the theme park.
Food really good and such a variety.
We all enjoyed the shows in the park especially Halloween Kingdom, saw it 3 times during the week.
Will definitely be returning along with more members of the family.

Fatal first restaurants are very lost both waiters and meters second point we request 3 times a crib for a baby of 6 months and what is the surprise is 1:18 in the morning and the crib is not here and the only solution They give you apologies for the inconvenience and finally I come with my children and I find the park full of people smoking marijuana as it sounds without any qualms and the workers of the same center do not say anything that is not worth 2 the night this hotel.
