Check in chaotic no air conditioning in reception...

Check in chaotic no air conditioning in reception and long waits to be told your room won't be ready until 3pm. when Tui get you to the hotel at 10am customer service could be improved as again on check out can't use the breakfast voucher we have paid for as Tui have us checking out at 7.10 am and hotel don't want to know or refund us .ferrari land is rubbish and not worth going into lots of things on the main park close early so if your staying on the park beware some rides won't be open most staff are friendly but a few can't be bothered customer experience is a 4 out of 10 rooms clean and a good size water park on main site good beware of the other water park as they make you stand in the queue until you reach the top then weigh you in public if your over they send you back down even if you're in the queue for over a hour or more . I understand the weight thing but why at the top of the ride not customer freindly at all . Lots of improvements could be made to make this park experience more customer freindly. Big plus is the Manger of the buffet
Restaurant great guy nothing is too much trouble for him .
