Old-themed hotel, very good, very spacious. We stayed in the huts. It had space for 6 people, table and mini kitchen. Two bathrooms. The children loved it. The cabins are insulated ensuring total privacy.

Every year, slowly evolving for the better. Not counting the breakfasts. :)

Nice, good service and clean, supercomodo to enter and leave the park, to be on Halloween we found the decoration very good and comfortable to catch and leave the coats (for the hot day at night refreshed a lot) and in summer to Take a dip in the hottest hours to cool off and return to the park like new. It is advisable to take the first breakfast shifts as it is then queued; They have everything, enough variety, just lack some variety for coeliacs and for diabetics (we asked if they had something without sugar and there was not, we do not know if it is the same for celiacs if they have). If you go as much in Halloween as in high season at least two nights it is advisable to take the fastpass since the lines are endless and something cheaper comes out ( 70 per stay, so the day would be about 23.5).

I stayed here several times. It is a very good 4 stars hotel!

The hotel has a lot of humidity, we had to change rooms, since the first one that we received could not be of the smell, the second one has humidity, but at least it does not smell. The room was for 4 people, two children and two adults, and they gave us 2 beds of 1.35. The bedding very worn and old. The safe does not work in any of the rooms I was in. For the rest, very nice hotel workers, who did not notice the change of room when they were told about the problem.

Hotel ok. Not really a 4 stars Hotel to my opinion (no curtosy bottle of water in the fridge when you arrive; no real shower products and so on).... the staff is really nice and smiley (except sometimes at the buffet but they work hard). The room has a good size for 2 adults and 1 kid of 4. I was just shocked by the price of a bottle of water at the hotel shop (3.5 for me it is thief.... extremely expensive). The food at the buffet is quite good and diverse.

The rooms are fine but in my opinion there is a lack of equipment (toothbrush, bottles of gel and shampoo, slippers to walk around the house ... etc). I also think that they should include fast passes for the attractions of the park. Otherwise, all good.

Hello, I am extremely disappointed to have learned on the day of my arrival that the hotel port aventura was closed. We were moved to the Colorado hotel when it was basically much cheaper. In addition, I had taken the hotel port aventura in order to be 5 minutes from the entrance to the park and I found myself 15 minutes away. We had no information as well as no compensation.
I'm so disappointed. I do not recommend going to hotels and the park during this time. It is unacceptable.

Very nice place, just the breakfast organization is a bit stressful. You have to take your breakfast in a certain time block and you have to decide which fix time you choose already at check in. Even because of that it is very crowdy and we were sent to an other place to be sent from there back to the main breakfast room.... This should be organized better.

Hotel made of cardboard designed to be near the park. Rooms comfortable but noisy (they are all plasterboard walls). The buffet food leaves a lot to be desired to be a 4 star. The main advantage is that you are near the park and the price of the set goes well.
