Hotel Port Aventura Review

The most remarkable thing is the beautiful pool and location. For the rest it does not look like a four-star hotel; Old bathrooms inadequate maintenance (broken shower and elevator under repair) and queue for check-in of at least 30 minutes.

This year we have changed the hotel from the park as usual to half and surprise for the dinner the drinks that are not water are paid, in the hotel the step the machine refreshments entered the menu

It is an incredible place I will return another year 100% sure

The truth is that bad, in a family and me, our room was very far from reception, at approx. 5min. And the beds made a lot of noise and could not sleep

+ Distance to the sea can be walked
+ Very cheap for amusement park conditions
+ Nice amusement park
+ Entrance included
+ Good fruit at breakfast and dinner

-My room was dirty
-Dinner was a disaster
-The Fastpass became "mandatory"
- Sometimes the day guests were let in before the hotel guests
-Prices on site in the hotel very expensive (drinks ...)

The best thing is that it is direct entrance to the park ... the normal rest. Much better the Caribbean.

Sad, and simple for what it's worth ... more expensive than GoldRiver, El Paso and Club Sant Juan in a standard room. The room is not 4 * or joke, only has a large bed as remarkable. The ground floor and 1st floor many of the rooms do not have a terrace, only a window or directly to the garden. That's the fantastic staff and it takes away a bit of the scam feeling. There are 2 buffets one the main one that has everything and the secondary extremely simple .. what fault I have if the hotel is full for a lower buffet.

Super fun, both for families, for couples or even only, their last attractions a pass for the years before strong feelings. I love

The hotel is very good, large rooms and very friendly and attentive staff. But that in October they do not have the heating on and at night we are cold, it is outrageous.

I stay there for 4 years, this is the last time, the staff unfriendly welcome, renovated room has the go fast, music at 8:30 in the hallway, air conditioning that stops there night for three quarters of an hour (economy. ..) In short I do not recommend !!!!

Okay hotel, but very quiet between rooms. We went for half board with dinner buffet. Not very good. Good breakfast.

Perfect to go to Port Aventura. Clean and spacious rooms. Full and varied breakfast.

The hotel was fine, the ambience and the theme are incredible. The rooms were good although a little small and in which I stayed I was 10 minutes from the reception walking, that is the only fault I have, for everything else highly recommended.

Perfect if you want to go to Port Aventura, spacious rooms, good breakfast and nice pools to spend a few days that are a dream for the little ones and not so much ...

Good hotel, good service, good facilities but the food is not the best and in the rooms on the ground floor they do not have where to hang wet clothes also the little music puts a bit of nerves.

To put one downside, my room with two adults and two children had two beds that would be 1.35 I calculate, and they were close together. Let's go to sleep in a row. And the room had a door that communicated with the room next door.

Very good hotel, we have already been to the Caribbean and PortAventura, both are very good, the advantage of this hotel is that you are inside the park, so if after lunch you want to take a nap or go with children they get tired and you want them to sleep a little this phenomenal. The buffet is small but it is very good. You have two pools one quite bigger than the other. The rooms are fine, although I liked the Caribbean ones more. The staff very nice. The only bad thing is the price, it becomes too expensive especially during the high season, although it is worth it.

In a 4-star hotel you will not get any soap. The empty soap dishes The cleaning leaves mokt to be desired. Entrance: very bad! Looong waiting (2h for buying the entrance tikets) in direct hard Sun exposure. Price is not as in the web, it is expensive that it says. When you ask why they said the web is not updated. If you buy tickets by the PC, you have to bring them physically printed or they take you 3 for each one only for printing it.

The stay at the hotel was good. All right. The room is very good in all aspects.

4 star hotel with direct access to Port Aventura x the Mediterranea part. Small rooms if extra beds are required. Amenites must be requested at reception, and so they save it ... Very few dinners in quantity and variety. Breakfasts well. The hotel is themed as a small town ... but not all have balconies. A lake snakes inland, so in summer it refreshes, x tb makes there are more mosquitoes.

The hotel is great, it has Mediterranean lines, but it doesn't seem as themed as other Port Aventura hotels I've stayed in and despite being in an amusement park hotel it doesn't give you that feeling.
You can access the park from the same hotel since it is located at the entrance of it.

It is a 4 star hotel but in reality E deserves a 3 ..

Well but we were in a room for 6 people it was a fair bit and the convertible armchair was not comfortable at all (iron bar in the middle of the back) ... but otherwise the bathroom was huge (shower + bath) near restaurant, PortAventura gift shop and the park itself.

Nothing to say about the room, only downside the hotel and all in length and our room was at the end of the corridor which was very long.

We love this hotel !! We have been two years in a row and it seems perfect. Clean, decorated to the detail. You pay but it's worth it, especially if you go with children. The rooms are spacious and have a microwave that if you go with babies makes your stay much easier.

I liked this site a lot the Wi-Fi that bad but otherwise great

Excellent bedding. Look well in these long corridors in thick carpet. The problem is not the fault of the establishment's neighboring rooms that arrive in the middle of the night without any discretion.

Rooms and staff very well, the buffet weak and there are long corridors to get to the rooms, but in general good.

Very correct room, large terrace, everything very clean. To put some defect, the hotel is a little chaotic in the distribution, it is not easy to get oriented and the room is missing bathroom equipment.

They should think of a reform ... to be a Hotel of that category.

Good place to spend a few days with the fun of Port Aventura. Very friendly staff all the infrastructure of the hotel was in very good condition but I expected a little more than a 4 star hotel. The air conditioning had the temperature set at 22 degrees Celsius without being able to change it. The champoo / bath gel somewhat lacking but it ran out right at the end of the stay so that was not a problem. The minibar in the room was empty, I can understand it by the orientation of the public to which the double rooms are directed in this type of enclaves, but we are missing some zumito, soda or small bottle of water. We spent a super quiet night the whole family. In summary good price, good situation (within the park), very friendly and attentive staff, cleanliness and state of preservation. As a negative the empty minibar and we almost ran out of soap in the shower, which is something that can not be missed in any hotel

Fun that does not disappoint! Unforgettable the night at Ferrari Land thanks to Immocionate, we will certainly repeat.

Professional staff, pleasant, comfortable place. For me everything is OK, even if we encountered small inconveniences during our stay, nothing serious or too annoying.

Small drawback:
Difficult to find your room! So the hotel is huge! Otherwise very welcoming staff adapts very well to the language you speak!

It needs reform. The buffet service is slow probably due to lack of staff. Little variety of food and normal quality. Hotel very well located.

Every year we come several times the hotel incredible to say something the prices are too high

It is very labyrinthine. We were getting lost to go to the room continuously. And that we were on the first floor. The walls are very thin. We have been in the Far West hotels for years and we did not hear everything they did in the rooms next door. However, this year's hotel dinner and breakfast have been much better than those we received in the Far West.

I have called to reserve two rooms, they use a number 902 (paying added cost the call) they tell me that there is no availability, but that I wait for the phone, after 15 minutes I hung up. Of course it seems disastrous.

Air conditioning is not working, the technicians and the reception are aware of it but no news from them! We have to wait until 1:30 in the morning to suffocate from the heat, sweat as hard as possible with the children and say to themselves, I will pay for a room in a 4-star hotel, but I'm still not going to sleep in a room where it is 30 degrees. At 1:30 am I go to the reception to slap them. They decide to move us to another room.
In short, if you don't cry, you stay warm in your room.
