10 in all aspects, spacious and clean rooms, excellent cuisine (for all tastes) and exquisite common areas. Not to mention that the entrance to the park is more than next, we had it just a few steps from the room. The best complement to our visit to PortAventura

it s not just good here, it s great here is stylish and comfortable, and here maybe everyone will like it. it s very close to the entrance to the park. and here will appeal to children and adults. and even for children there are good performances. I liked it here and hope you too.

It has come down a lot .. both in the quality of service .. rooms .. buffet .. park and staff .. every year I visit it an average of 5 days in August .. and next year I will think about it if we come back.

Wonderful hotel staff and services were so helpful nothing was too much effort for them. Entry to the park was definitely a bonus and an addition not to be missed made the holiday so much better. Will most certainly be back

The hotel is very good, very large. We do not enjoy the facilities as we spend the entire two days in the park. Breakfast is very good, lots of variety! The worst, and the reason why he said that I stay again in a port adventure hotel is the check in ... it's the fourth time I'm in the park and this is the first time we decided to be in a park hotel , but the check in was horrible. At ten minutes to ten we were at the hotel and we could not enter the park until half past eleven ... more than an hour in line to check in, then the attention time at the reception and the delivery of luggage to the store delayed our Entrance, which is harmful for any guest, since when staying at an outside hotel, with tickets purchased online, at 10 you can be entering through the park's gates. I think they should learn from the check-in of other parks, such as Disneyland Paris, where hotel guests have advantages at the time of entry and in the speedy delivery of keys ... for me this topic is very much improved.

The facility is very pretty and well maintained. The food is good and it is not too crowded in the restaurant. However, the rooms are relatively small, but clean. No employee understood German, which is fine, but only a handful of people understood English.

The hotel facilities are great. However, they have to improve the reception of the clients, since it is not normal for them to take 15 'for each entry, it seems too slow and we were quite delayed to enter the park. In addition, once in the room we find hairs between the sheets when it is supposed (and I want to believe) that the sheets change with each new entry ... Details that make me not value the hotel as well as I would like.

For me and my family it is our ideal place to spend a few days, I recommend going in low season because you save a paste ... excellent hotels, services, customer service

Room and facilities were really nice and we could walk through the patio doors from our room and be practically poolside. First hotel I've stayed at where there were always sunbeds available and pool was quiet, even in August. No entertainment within the hotel but that's understandable as you get access to Portaventura theme park included, where there are loads of rides and shows to take advantage of.

Spacious and clean room, varied and hearty breakfast. For the rest, the service leaves much to be desired (special mention for luggage)

Pretty bad.
More than 1h to check-in. There were 2 receptionists and despite having a queue with more than 20 people, one of the receptionists had no problem closing and leaving because she had finished her shift, leaving the other alone. Unacceptable. If we all did the same in our jobs, more than half the country would be unemployed.
All old and run down. The corridors are a maze and there are practically no signs.
The fridge didn't work, the air conditioning didn't work, the toilet good, but the shower (bath) left a little to be desired in terms of cleanliness.
Breakfast was fine, varied, but it took a long time to replenish things. The quality, average. One of the coffee machines stopped working and the other accumulated a considerable queue and nobody cared.
Quite disorganized food arrangement, you didn't know where anything was.
The pool is quite small for the amount of people that accumulate there and the hours of the same are quite restrictive.
An excessively expensive hotel for how bad it is. If it weren't for the amusement park, that hotel would no longer exist. If it were up to me, I would give it 2 stars at most.

The rooms are large and well-appointed. Very clean and well maintained, but they are not the best ones to go with children, since they have two beds. A good idea could be to use a bed and a bunk bed. The buffet was not suitable for children, we had to order cocoa powder for breakfast! They had no problem in serving it, but it is really focused on foreign tourism.

Very nice hotel and good staff. Too bad, however, that the swimming pool is only open during the opening hours of the park
