For me the best. Especially because of the situation

Great as every time I have gone, the only downside is that queues should be improved to get in with the car and to buy tickets.

The best thing about the hotel is that it is "inside" the park, access is very easy.
The buffet the variety of food the first day seems wonderful, but after 4 days it is tiring to always eat the same thing. It changes very little.
I find it fatal that they do not let you fill a bottle of water with the price you are paying and with everything you consume once there. (We have filled it in, but we have been alerted that if the manager saw, she would scold us ).
The correct housekeeping service.
All the employees are quite serious and do not even try to maintain any kind of dialogue with us, I highlight the ones at breakfast in a negative way ... You even feel a bit uncomfortable! I saw how an employee mistreated a boy who seemed to be new, or who came from another hotel.

Very cozy hotel rooms with state-of-the-art technology

Alright hotel, but tile flooring was a downside at least in me and my cousins room, her room also smelled damp, along with her full corridor, but it was right after the pool closed and we went for dinner, came back and it was gone

The hotel is very well decorated. It is very nice and the staff is very attentive. The buffet is excellent for the variety and for the quality. The terraces and the annexes are very good and the waiters very attentive. The rooms notice the passage of time ... the main bed is great, very large and comfortable. The bad thing is the extra bed, it is not up to everything else. The bathrooms were very clean and were correct but it shows wear and tear.

In general, the experience at the hotel has been very good. Very friendly staff both at reception, waiters, bellboys etc. How to pay negative two things: the hotel needs a reform and the dinner buffet is not too attractive.

Friendly hotel located at the entrance of the park. The hotel has an unheated outdoor pool, a spa (extra charge), the breakfast is good and plentiful. Some rooms are far from the reception and we find ourselves very quickly to make a detour to reach the restaurant of the breakfast. During our stay we did not have air conditioning while it was between 26 and 28 degrees. We are told that the hotel went into heating mode from October. So we had to close the curtains during the day for 3 days and sleep the windows open every night and that with a baby.

We just left there right now and my complaint is that we had all the roof and walls of the bathroom and the room with crashed mosquitoes that I guess other customers have been killing. Our room was practically the last of the lowest floor and the The corridor of the rooms was full of half-finger spiders ... the limoieza leaves much to be desired.

The place wow. The view wow. The stay wow. The music around would take you to a different place. Polite people. One of the best experience.

The pool is the best thing about the hotel! But everything in general was super! The room, the food ... the best thing is the comfort of entering the park as many times as you want!

Beautiful hotel! The rooms are clean and are cleaned well during the stay. The pool at the hotel is lovely, clean and not too busy. Breakfast was good, but unfortunately you have to wait sometimes 20 minutes while half the tables are not used again. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Only downside we found that in addition to the pool and restaurants at night not much to do at the hotel. A nice bar with music and cocktails might be a nice addition. We will definitely come back!

It's a huge hotel, first thought it's only the main issue, but all the buildings that simulate the western town are hotel rooms. The staff was very attentive and they catered to all our demands or doubts. But it's that being so massive, at the Checkin there was a lot of queues, almost 1 hour waiting! And there was not much staff eh ... Dinner and breakfast is the same, being so great, it is an immense buffet in 2 rooms and with 2 buffets. The correct rooms. Generally good, considering a great hotel in an amusement park.

I do not give you 5 for the spa they have that is a whole OUTSOLE Jacuzzi that does not work a sauna that works at times. A Turkish bath with an unbearable moisture smell. That if the only thing that works is the cold water bucket. And they charge 10

It's somewhat ok, but compared to German standards it's quite dirty in the rooms. However, the service is good. The breakfast is ok but I don't like the idea of having a scheduled breakfest slot of half an hour. Especially when all the convenient slots are gone and you have to eat two hours before the park opens.

Spectacular attractions but a lot of cola and heat to burst

Labyrinthine alleys and dentist air fresheners. Although the surroundings and the park are exceptional, the hotel has nothing to write home about.

Endless queues to check in, parking quite far and with a slight cost. They gave us a room super far from the hotel entrance and the park, more than ten minutes walking. And on top of it he carries the two cars, the suitcases and the baby and the 4 year old girl without help. We complained and they moved us to one next to the entrance to reception and to the buffet, but they did tell us that they would send us to the bellboy and it took us an hour to change rooms.
They could already do it from the beginning, they know that you are going with small children. They would have to do it by default, people with little mobility and small children near the entrance.
I couldn't bathe my baby, moldy bathtubs in both rooms. Quite dirty, torn bedding, hair on the floor ... A thousand times better to stay in a hotel outside of Port Aventura.

Very good hotel. Locate as part of the Portaventura Amusement Park. The service was excellent most of the time, food was excellent with so much variety to choose from. We have the half board package so breakfast and dinner were included. Price is reasonable once you have the package paid for, the add on are generally occasion beer here and there. Ambience was also excellent, mostly families and my kids have lovely time here.

It is a park that is really worth visiting as a family, the third time we come to spend a few days in 5 years! They have very good shows that you can enjoy throughout the day with first class artists! The end of the party show is spectacular !! The Port aventura express is advisable to buy it if you are going to be several days, since there are games at a certain time with more than one hour, in my case I was not warned at the PortAventura Hotel reception that it was not worth for FerrariLand and that to buy another, and that I consulted at the time of purchase and we were 4 so imagine, present a claim but the park responded to me by referring to its general conditions on the web and others! Except for that problem and the queues at the time of meals in the buffet-style restaurants that you have included in the half-board or all-inclusive, I recommend going very soon or too late to avoid them! For the rest, a great experience to enjoy with your family!

We went with a two-and-a-half-year-old girl, and I would emphasize that being the park so large, it would not hurt that they could have more entertainment for such young children.

It is a great place to go with children and adults, with your partner or your friends, and has multiple ways to get there (bus, car, taxi, Renfe, ...). The price of the entrance in proportion to the park is reasonable, although the prices of restaurants and shops inside the park are quite expensive. It is advisable to bring sunscreen, even if it is autumn, since there are many attractions that have the tail in the sun and itches a lot. In general, it is an experience worth living and sharing.

I was in that hotel and it was an incredible experience. The excellent breakfast and you get caught inside the park, with beautiful views and you can see the odd attraction. There was an excellent bathroom, and a very clean room, with comfortable beds, a big TV and a "letter" with information about the park. An excellent service, a beautiful hotel. A pity that I went in October and I could not use the pool. When I return (with my parents) I will tell you if we can afford another 2 nights because I want to go back to that place. I went to a beautiful bar (inside the hotel) with affordable prices. An experience that I will never forget.

An excellent newly renovated hotel with an unbeatable location within the park.

The hotel is in keeping with the stars it has, large family rooms. The buffet a little overcrowded, since the hotel was full and it remains small despite being quite large.

The hotel is not bad even being old, the big problem is that you get a room in the furthest point of it, because it is far from the reception. Breakfast and dinner very well.

We were 2 adults and 2 children stayed for 3 nights end of May beginning of June in one room. Location is great for the park just few minutes walking from the room to park entrance. The hotel has a good looking architecture. The pool is big, very nice decorated with lots of trees and flowers; it has plenty of sun beds. Services were really good, staff was friendly. Room was very big and very clean, fitted with 2 queen size beds; we probably stayed in a recent renovated one as it was clean and modern; bathroom was big, clean and quite nicely decorated. We use reataurant for breakfast only and they were really well organized; staff was fast while food selection was very good. Highly recommend as we would go there again.
