Hotel Plaza Athenee Review

I am outraged by the quality of the service offered, I could not bring my pet pony because he did not fit in the elevator. Plus when I asked the room service to bring me my rib steak vegan neglected my order .... very disappointed

Still a nice hotel in Paris, do not read the reviews and go there, it's a must!

We booked a suite for the Easter long weekend. Eiffel tour view, exquisite prompt room service throughout our stay.
Loved the Dior Institute spa downstairs.
Great location for luxury shopping.
We also booked hostess service to pick us straight from the train platform.
Literally what a 5 star hotel should be. Worth the money.

A great view: you could see from the Eiffel Tower at the end of Montaigne. The staff were friendly and helpful, although they did seem keen to make sure you are a hotel guest before giving you the right treatment.

Warm welcome, caring teams. We tested breakfast in room service: TOP. A beautiful establishment in a rather quiet street (rue Montaigne). Near Champs Elysees, the Grand Palais, the Seine, the metro and metro station.

Because of the environment in the location and the food is excellent

They have a hard time coming to open the door of the car when we arrive with a 508 (in France the bosses gds and the officials drive in French car)

Very attentive staff to make the most of a very pleasant moment, especially "Le Bar", which comes alive to the sounds of a DJ on weekend evenings.

Such a beautiful & first class hotel it's breathtaking, the upkeep is impeccable. Though a lot of guests are 'snobbish' the staff is so rounded and kind to everyone that enters, they are total first class without being over the top. Everything about this place is perfect from the lobby, bedrooms, food, and staff. THIS is a true 5 star hotel.

I already slept on site and consume the starry restaurant etc ... The setting is wonderful, the layout is great and the card for the Tea-time is great. However, being a consomatrice of high-end products, I am scandalized the reception and behavior of two servers in the corridor and a porter. Insolence, your aggressive and lack of absolute know-how! 4 times I go for a coffee because I do not want to sleep there and today was too much !!!!!! What is this work !!! Unbearable and distressing !!! For me it's over and being in the upper reaches of the tourism sector, I will do the pub that the establishment deserves! Bye

Palace Hotel of great luxury. Beautiful, classy, but of course very high prices.

Hotel Gemeyel and Hadi are very close to the RTC and the staff are very nice and the breakfast is delicious

It's my family's favourite hotel. Every other hotel that we've been to since our visits here just cannot compare. The suites are STUNNING, service is incredible, the breakfast is amazing (the scrambled eggs with little chicken sausages are divine, as are the mountain of pastries and different breads!!); if you're a dessert fan (and don't have a nut allergy), make sure you try the deliciously nutty Paris-Brest; if you're a mint tea lover(!), please try theirs when you visit - it is the best!

A gentle break, a must-see hotel in Paris on one of the most beautiful avenues, very quiet with very good service.
Also good for breakfast, lunch or dinner with a choice of several restaurants or just for a drink! The bar is very nice with music in the evening. Tip: try the blackberry mojito, the best mojito in Paris without a doubt !!
