Food is reasonable, since very cold in conference rooms

Great opportunity and good food. It looks a bit old-fashioned.

Especially the ski cake and the lobster soup are great

Oud London is a nice place for company training events. And the overnight stay was a great bonus. Lovely rooms, clean and neat.

Alleged comfort room, no air conditioning, no fridge, especially at temperatures above 30 degrees, comfort looks different for me.

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Delicious eaten. Swimming pool is certainly a plus. We really had a holiday feeling. We will be back again soon.

May enjoy the restaurant yesterday. I have to say: very nice interior! Completely in the Christmas spirit, but certainly not overdone! Service is friendly, very neat and polite plus it is affordable too.

Easily accessible and plenty of parking spaces

Been here 2 years ago and it was already great. Now we are here again for 1 night. Great hotel, extremely friendly service, very tasty food both a la carte and the surprise menu, the breakfast extensive something for everyone. Rooms (de Luxe & Comfort) large and nicely made up, sanitary neatly clean. This place is in a nice green location and great to visit in summer or winter. In the summer its really nice and busy outside. The food is always very good here and I would actually give this a 5 rating, but the plates that they bring to the table are extremely hot. They warn you every time they bring the plates but I just don't understand how such a good restaurant does not change this policy and lower the temperature of the plates just a bit. They are so hot that you actually burn you fingers if you want to move them.

Beautiful hotel and beautiful surroundings, ideal for cycling and walking from here.

Was very chic and tidy. Operation took a relatively long time.

I have been here with foreign guests, the staff spoke English well and there was an English card. The food was good and enough. The only downside was that my wife was initially served a wrong main course so we had to wait a while for the right one. Furthermore, attentive service without being intrusive.

Dedicated waiters looking for a suitable solution for all situations and certainly child friendly.

A taste of class in Zeist. Customer service from desk staff, to dining staff went out of their way to give first rate service. A must stay if you are in this part of the Netherlands.

Bedroom was full of dust, not suitable for allergy sufferers.

Quiet location in beautiful surroundings, good kitchen. Great dinner, lunch, breakfast. Rooms are spacious with good bathroom and separate toilet.

Only no air conditioning and our room was close to the kitchen. So when we opened the window we heard the kitchen work.

Despite the beautiful location of the hotel, the (spacious) rooms really need an update and in particular the bathroom. Great service, but it is quite ridiculous to charge 3.00 for a bottle of water (!!).

We stayer at the suite for one night, really loved it. There were a separate bath and shower in the bed room. The pool and wellness facilities were beautiful and had broad opening hours. We had a nice breakfast in the garden.

Friendly service in the brasserie, wonderful in / at the forest. Easily accessible from the highway, with sufficient parking space on the other side of the main road.

It was excellent. The service was excellent and very friendly. I was surprised how these two people could serve such a large company, a golden couple. The buffet was very tasteful. I had never been there but will definitely go back.

We live in Zeist ourselves, so we don't sleep here, but our acquaintances who come over regularly do. Then we often eat together here which is excellent.

The 75 ct for corona measures is a bit lackluster for the prices that are asked 4.40 for a normal cup of coffee and 10.95 for cafe paris .... that certainly includes the 75 ct.
There was no air conditioning in the restaurant, only air conditioning, but it really cannot handle this heat.
I called for reservation and Daphne was very friendly also young man on reception was friendly.
Great that there are several charging points for electric cars.
But food was good, but overpriced.

Nice hotel. Great swimming pool with wellness area. Very focused on older visitors, slightly more child-friendly design can mean a plus for this hotel.

We were celebrating a family celebration here. Rooms are great. Ask the top floor, that makes a difference in the contact noise. Nice swimming pool and sauna. The staff is very attentive. Just be pampered here for a weekend. Wonderfully quiet in the woods and yet it is only 15 minutes by car to the center of Utrecht.

A great hotel more than worth its 4 stars. The restaurant has excellent cuisine and the service is as it should be. The hotel exudes the history of Napolion. You can see this everywhere, and the hotel is also a great location to follow training sessions or to sit with colleagues for a few days on the heath. A nice walk is a good option to stretch your legs. The hotel is easily accessible and has sufficient parking spaces. You will receive a warm welcome on arrival and they have delicious coffee.

The staff is very kind. The hotel is outdated, like 80 s and 90's and the pluming wasn't working. The restaurant has OK food plated like the 00 s, but taste nice.

Nice hotel and conference center. Good rooms in terms of space. Some rooms are somewhat dark. And the halls are somewhat dated with even the chalkboard and the like. Most important: staff is helpful and service oriented.

Minus was that cleaning is not done during the stay, not even with a multi-day stay. This is due to corona measures, but I think that there should be more emphasis on cleaning. You could, however, request towels, coffee and tea at the reception. These were then delivered to the room. Without this minus, this hotel would definitely have received 5 stars!

We had a decent room at the back of the hotel. The neighbors' donkeys can be heard every now and then, the same goes for the TV of the other guests. Very friendly staff and good help at the reception. The bed was a little less. The pool and sauna in the basement were also well maintained and wonderfully quiet.
We also had a good meal in the restaurant.

This year again fresh asparagus with salmon may enjoy here, and again it was an unprecedented celebration. Everything is right and is exactly as it should be. Great to experience hospitality where everything is taken care of and addressed with class, and where the shop is full of beautifully dressed guests who enjoy a wonderful evening, just like us. Recommended!
