The view is nice. Right on the beach. There is a pool. Cozy room. Breakfast is decent.

Just realise that this hotel next to christian cemetery lot. But nothing creepy happens anyway..so stay happy

Had been frustrated during an important meeting why the AC was turned off. Handling was too long. The room is ok. Mantapp !!!

The room is big and has huge bed but that was it. It has dusts everywhere like it hasn't been cleaned for months, the sheets even dirty has stained everywhere and hairs (gosh i hate to imagine where the hairs came from). There's no clock working, what's the use of putting one that is not working anyway? The phone is NOT working either. The shower in the room isnt working properly and there's no bathtub. Its supposed to be a family room but not KID or BABIES friendly. How am i supposed to take my babies to shower? In a sink???
The staffs aren't very welcoming either, they only give us one key so whenever we exit the room, all the electricity goes off including the aircon. I even caught one staff playing and joking around after ringing my door bell, very unproffesional.
They don't give us any mineral water in the room. The breakfast is also poor, not many choices and again not kid friendly.

When i stayed in, the hotel wasn't very crowded, but there were people screaming on the halls and i couldn't sleep. Oh please at least make the rooms sounds proofed.
I could NOT say i enjoy my stay, and i definitely won't come back for more.

Good view, good staffs, good food. It can improve some rooms problem with clogged plumbing and toilet air circulation system. Don't let this hotel looks older than others. I love it!

I am a long term guest - 3 months ... I have stayed here several times. It might be input for the F & B team if indeed at 6 o'clock it starts, because it should be all ready, for example: 1. hotel located in kupang bay. Spacious rooms comfortable beds, however with some accumulated smells, in need of greater care. Reasonable pool, but with little space around to symbolize. Reasonable breakfast without surprising. bar and restaurant a little abandoned, but the preparation is taken care of. Friendly and helpful reception staff with knowledge of the English language. The hotel does not provide transportation to and from airport, however, at a rate in local currency of 100000rp can reach the airport in 20 minutes. For four stars, I expected better.

We visited from 11-12 to 15-12, had seen the welcome to the owner during the 6th anniversary of the hotel. It turned out that I was only 6 years old, but my impression of this hotel was more than that. The advantages of staying here are on the back of the hotel directly adjacent to the sea or facing the sea. So the open-air restaurant, swimming pool, garden to jogging track is complete and I really enjoy the atmosphere. What about food taste at breakfast? It seems tasteless, my assumption is that an international standard hotel is like that.

Good afternoon On The Rock Kupang Hotel Management.
Today I am really disappointed with the service from Hotet OTR Kupang (Chef Aris). On September 27 2019 at approximately 11:00 to 13:00 noon I attended an event at OTR Kupang during our lunch hour (me and my friend ) I wanted to queue to eat at that time my friend Rara already had a plate in his hand but Chef Aris pulled the plate (snatched) it from my friend's hand. At that point we complen and he is still arguing with us.
January 9 and 10, 2020, I locked up a place at the OTR Hotel Kupang (proposal & marriage ceremony)
On January 9, 2020, at lunch time there was an end to be leftover food and I asked for the leftover food to be wrapped for the family but chef Aris replied that the leftover food on the dining table already exceeded the quaternion so it couldn't be wrapped (the food we paid for ).
Today is January 10, 2020 during lunch hours from 09:30 to 10:00. The food on the table is still available but the 70 plates that are provided are gone. I asked Chef Aris to add a plate (he said) but he said to me this should have added Pax. That started my debate with Chef Aris. In front of the dining table continues until the office. He was very rude from the information provided. The debate process until he came out of the debate process (did not finish it properly) as if I was going to the OTR hotel for free meals.
Chef Aris has been providing rude service 3 times. And the 3rd time, I am very disappointed.
